I'm going to miss this cookie shop! Such a shame they've permanently closed. They always had soft warm cookies. We loved getting the cookie cakes and cookie sandwiches. They always decorated the cakes with such talent. I wish I would've known I would have stopped by one last time. I live over in medical center so it was a drive for us but the drive was worth it.

I love sweets! When i moved to this side of town I was so excited that there was a Nestle located near by. It was very good in the beginning but as I have continued going I have become disappointed time and time again. Tonight I went and the staff were less kind than usual however I understand how a few high school staff members do not provide a true representation of the company. One variable that has been consistent as of recently is that every baked good has very obviously been either overcooked or has been on display for much too long and is no longer fresh. Tonight I decided to get the cake instead of a cookie because I know the cookies are no good by now. The cake was dry not moist or soft. Very disappointed just hoping my feedback will help solve this issue so we can all enjoy our delicious fresh cookies we are hoping for!

I think 3 stars is fair. The coffee was terrible!!!! It tasted burnt and like medicine. But... the cookies and treats are always good. So I'm not sure how I feel. I'll definitely keep going for cookies for my son but avoid the coffee. Not just mediocre, the coffee I had was bad.

The MOTHERSHIP. Almost died because I’ve never seen a Toll House Store before. Cookies were very reasonably priced and oh so good. Lots of different specialty brownies too. Yum yum yum

Literally cannot even spell correctly. Spelled it out for them, looked me dead in the eye and said this good enough?? Yeah I mean... if my guests are dense it's good enough. Not only is it spelled incorrectly, but it's lopsided, inconsistent, barely legible, and looks like they smeared it off many times to rewrite. For Christmas, whoever made this cookie cake needs to ask for kindergarten handwriting books. This is not cool and now my guests are upset.

The smoothies and frappe's are really good! I've always seen this place, but never really stopped by until today. Customer service was great as well, even brought us out our drinks and wished us a good day! 10/10 recommended

I remember when toll house tasted great. This was terrible. It tasted like there was no sense of pride in their product. The cookies tasted stale as if it was days old. Sorry excuse for cookies. Its like San Antonio has no semblance of quality. It just pumps out overpriced cheap products and services. Shame on San Antonio.
I requested a custom cake order, which was an extra fee but it was worth it. The customer service went extremely above and beyond. The cake designer was super communicative and was always assuring me that they just wanted to be sure I was getting what I had in mind. It was a great experience, I would highly recommend and I’ll definitely order from them again.

The carrot cake that I purchased was excellent! My daughter also liked her frosted sugar cookie. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting cookies, bars, or ice cream!

Bought my boyfriend a cookie cake through Uber Eats. We jokingly chose decorations from the menu options (a ghost and a train) expecting cheap plastic decorations, or to be told they weren't available. When it arrived, they had made a ghost train out of icing. It was adorable, and made our day. Thanks guys!

Love the goodies available at the Toll House. Easily ordered online and arrived for pickup. Began to believe this was self-service, but fortunately, nice sofas, and Legos available to rest and wait (for almost 15 minutes) before an employee came out of the treehouse in the back. (Whoops, that's Keebler). Checked order and it was beautiful. I think the door needs a bigger bell. Goodies get an A+ ;Attention to customers...you make the call!

Very cute and cozy cafe. I like to go during the day when it’s empty. The cookies are always good. My only complaint is the milkshake I ordered. The person handed me a cup of melted ice cream with lumps in it. Every time I took a sip, it would come out watery with a clump in it. I opened the lid and sure enough it was liquid ice cream (the consistency of water with lumps of ice cream). I gagged. I tried drinking it again but lost my appetite and was extremely disappointed. I’m not going to say who made the shake because I don’t want to embarrass anyone however this person was well aware of the poor quality of the shake when it was handed to me because of the uncomfortable look on their face. I wondered why they were looking that way and after I took a couple sips, I understood why. I was mad at having wasted the money. The person should have been honest and even should have made another one because they knew they messed up so bad. I waited for the person to struggle with the machine for a while and I knew I should have cancelled the shake. I’ll never buy another shake from here. The cookies are another story though LOL So good
