Nicha's Comida Mexicana - Loop 410

Was very disappointed. I heard great reviews but I guess today wasn't the day. Me and my husband had the breakfast buffet, majority of the food was cold! I ordered two over medium eggs the waitress clearly forgot about them. I had to ask her ,for them she brought them to the table they were also cold! I asked her for a coffee refill, she goes to the next table skips me then comes to my table. I was looking for salsa had to walk up to the little area that she was at but she walked away,the young girl that was covering the buffet section had to go looking for her. I was just really disappointed 😞 since I've heard great things about the restaurant

Service was good. Food at this location was great. Tortillas were banging.

Order a drink they had no cranberry, pineapple juice. This happens often. Food is good but don't always get what was order sometimes they forget .

Had the Poblano Chicken Enchiladas so delicious and Hubby had the DAD'S plate. Enchiladas with guisado so tender with beans.

Best flan.

I had the chicken alambre and it was tasty and colorful!!! A lot of portion but I ate it all. Rice and charro beans were the best

We stopped in to celebrate our son's 12th birthday, his wish was to go plane spotting as a family. My husband remembered from his childhood how close the planes would fly while coming in to land at the airport so we decided to visit again. Best choice ever! The staff is kind, courteous and attentive. The patio is absolutely perfect for plane spotting! It is beautiful with an amazing garden themed atmosphere. My son was so happy and smiling so big with the massive planes flying into the runway. Thank you Nicha's! 🥰

Absolutely loved my experience at Nicha's Comida Mexicana on Loop 410! The empanadas were perfectly crispy on the outside with a delicious, savory filling. "Dad's Plate" was a hit at our table – hearty and flavorful, with every bite hitting the spot. The queso was also a standout, creamy and seasoned just right, making it impossible to stop dipping! If you're hungry, go for the burritos – they’re huge and loaded with flavor. The portions are generous, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere feels authentic. Highly recommend Nicha's for anyone craving top-notch Mexican food!

Nichas overall as a restaurant is ok. Reasonably priced food. Nothing too special. Only thing I enjoy is their drinks. I recently went to their buffets and the food was a decent variety but definitely lacked flavor.
