My husband and I were in the mood for some pastries and coffee and this little coffee truck stand is the place to go. Young man has all kinds of options from hot coffees to cold coffees to matcha drinks. He also provides pastries that are delish !!:) perfect location right in the medical center area as well as in same parking lot as H‑E‑B. You can grab your pastry and coffee and you can go grocery shopping after work ;-)

Was a regular for about a years time... until the newest member of staff decided she wanted to become uncomfortable with me.Just because I didn't order a drink on a certain day, while 2 days ago she made me one -_- ...I left on my own accord, because I have never been kicked out and or been told to leave a coffee shop because I didn't wanna buy somethingA coffee shop is a place to socialize, do work and feel " at home " though ( Lauren ) ... felt as though I'm the only one she wanted to "pick on" and treat me differently...I'm very unhappy with this decision making by her...Been a few days and I have not gotten a single apology from the owner or staff I spoke with :/

Was in the neighborhood when Niche Coffee Co's coffee truck caught my eye in H-E-B's parking lot. I hadn't had coffee yet so I took it as a sign from God to try their coffee! I was pleasantly surprised! I got the honey lavender latte and the quality and taste were amazing. Friendly service and coffee was made quick! Great place worth stopping when you're in the area. Cute truck!

Thank you guys for reminding me why I love coffee ?I ordered an iced americano for myself and the iced oatmeal cookie latte for my husband. We both were wowed by the oatmeal cookie latte. He has tried my iced americanos from Starbucks and wretches in disgust from a sip. He tried my americano from here and was surprised it was even the same drink.You don’t have to be a coffee aficionado to know this place is a head above the rest. They also have excellent specialty lattes that will blow anyone’s mind.

If I'm in a pinch I would stop here for a cup but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again. I always get an iced vanilla latte and the drink I had tasted old and just plain bad. I would've gone back and asked for something else but the guy working was rude and disinterested from the start. I had asked what blend the coffee is because I was curious and he scoffed before saying the blend. I will be taking my business and other's to PJ'S across the street.

Niche should be rated a 5 Star restaurant! The food was delicious (I’m a picky person), price is reasonable, Caesar our waiter was very polite, friendly, and checked up on us regularly, AND, the age restaurant was super clean, including the floors! As important ( at least for me) the Restrooms were well stocked with soap, towels and Super clean!I’ll be back soon!
