Treated like trash. We are from out of town. Figured this would be a place who wouldn't mind some extra cash in the drawer from some out of towners looking for a drink or two, not a crazy idea right?.... But boy was I wrong! Upon walking up to the location there's a sign that is blinking open. When we walk in we notice a lady behind the bar and a man with a drink sitting at the bar. Appearing very open for business. Once she see us she runs over to the extremely dark area to the left after walking in to appear she is doing something useful. The man just stared at us like we walked in on them doing something inappropriate or like he was caught red handed. The lady said she is trying to open up still. I said oh I'm sorry well what time do you open, she said 4. Mind you we went at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I said ok well I guess we will be back. She didn't try to stop us or say no need you are here what will you have? So we left. I wasn't aware until my 55 y/o father told me it wasn't that they weren't open but more of that they did not want us there and we were not welcome in. This establishment ought to be ashamed of themselves!! My money is just as green as the guy at the bar with a drink already. I have also been told I tip very well. I saw only two cars in the parking lot, one was an older vehicle which we parked next to. The other was a blue BMW parked by the door with a sun visor up so I assume the employee was driving that car. If you see that car just know, she doesn't care about having a successful business which generates money. It appears she will turn away money and service because she didn't like the pale color of my skin.

I will definitely be coming back. This will be MY bar from now on. From the minute you walk in you can feel the friendliness and the Good Vibes. The bartender David (Primo) is very friendly and delivers exceptional customer service. He went out of his way to prepare a special drink for me that he had never heard of and it was great! He and his wife continued to check on me throughout the night. The DJ is awesome and plays a wide variety of music. He will play any songs that you request as well (if he has them) There's a Pool Table, there's Darts, there's Karaoke on Saturday nights. There's outdoor seating. But what I love the most was that it's a simple bar where you can feel comfortable enjoy yourself listen to music dance and make awesome friends. At Nite Owls Bar they make you feel like family!
This was a very good experience for me - the Bartender David (Primo) and his wife Lisa are just two of the nicest people I've ever met here in San Antonio since my move here in June of 2021 - They treat you like friends as soon as you walk in the door. The bar has a great positive vibe and comfortable cozy atmosphere. The DJ is so awesome and will play anything you ask him to. AND They just so happen to have Karaoke on Saturday and since no one was singing I sang a couple of songs. I met and made another friend as well. So by the end of the night I felt like family LOL - really! These people are really great (not fake) So I had a great time and made 3 new friends as well. I recommend Nite Owls Bar to anyone who likes a simple, friendly, fun bar. They have Pool Tables & Darts as well.

I use to hang out here many moons ago but just recently visited for a friend's bday & there have been sum great renovations to the outside seating area. Great job Jaime, it looks great!!
