Just casually making a great bowl of ramen. The broth was full of flavor and spice (aim low on the spice level) and the contrast of the marinated 6-minute egg was really special. Beautiful execution. 10/10 recommend pan-seared dumplings, Hakata Ramen, and Taipei Chicken Curry. Taylor was an outstanding server.
Food is very good! Customer service was good too. There are very minimal menu options and the price is a little much for what you get. Our entrees had very little meat but everything was hot and fresh.

It’s great; small menu with equal parts veggie and meaty. The Birria Bao is a winner. But it’s all good, and priced well for the quality of the ingredients. We’ll be back for sure.
