me and my mom came to pickup some Bundt cakes for her birthday and the girl at the front was so rude, she cut my mom off as she was asking a simple question and she was very disrespectful, she seemed like she hated her job. My poor moms dog passed away yesterday night right before her birthday! And all she wanted was a little pick me up… and instead of being kind and showing great customer service she was rude and seemed like she hated her job. My mom was really upset over the experience, so I called to speak with the manager and the assistant manager was so lovely, and understanding she even offered us a refund, it’s unfortunate that she was treated like that to begin with. Remember being kind is free and you never know what someone’s going through. I’m still a bit disappointed as we always get Bundt cakes every year.

The cakes and the atmosphere are absolutely beautiful. The red velvet cake is moist fam delicious. Only gripe I have is selling the utensil packs😳, you spend more than $5 dollars each individual cake..😒. Would have been five stars, but I think utensils should be included with purchase.

Gosh. I came here so much that I may as well have worked here. I love NBC and they are probably why I am on my way to getting diabetes haha. I have only had one bad experience at this location, and it was quickly remedied: I ordered 6 bundlets, was given 4, and I was given store credit immediately when I pointed out the problem, no questions asked (probably helped that they recognize me by now). The only constructive criticism I would give is that the people on the phone can sound a little snappy when they pick up, but it seems to depend on the person. Overall, I love this place. I just won't be coming back because I have moved away from SA.

Do NOT recommend this location. Person at register named Isabel was so rude. She insisted I give her my phone number. AND other personal info. I asked to skip that and she said that I had to give it. I don't believe I need to give up personal info to purchase a cake. She got snappy and literally rolled her eyes and said that I had to. I gave her a fake phone and name just to move on. I stepped aside waiting on my order to be boxed. She never boxed it but waited on numerous other people and boxed their orders. After waiting quite awhile I asked why she hasn't boxed my order when I had ordered before 3 or 4 other parties that had already been helped? She said that they had to make my order in the back with such an attitude and more eye rolls. I was like ok, didn't need the attitude or the eye roll.. just let me know why I'm standing around waiting for 20 minutes. Really gross customer service. Won't go back to that location.

Made an online order for the convenience of simply picking up, they said at first they didn't have my online order. Then when I showed proof they said they gave my order away on accident and they would have to remake it. Once I waited for them to remake it they didnt have the flower put on for the bundtlet tower I shouldnt be having to double or triple check someones work for a SIMPLE order. Whats the point of putting an order ahead of time??
