Found multiple long strands of hair inside of the birthday cake my wife picked up for me. Not sure if hair nets are mandatory, but if not, they definitely should be!

I have gone 2x and both times I have had the worst experience. 1st time they lost my order and when I asked they girl told me that they had missed placed the ticket. 2nd time it was 10 minutes before closing and was told they don’t do custom orders. That close to closing. But yet the can do signature orders on bundtinis..

I work for Home Depot and pick up birthday cakes for the associates once a month. I love the way they decorated the business, its really cute. The cakes are very good and the staff is very welcoming. Thank you

Placed an order online for Father’s Day. I show up to pick up order and there is a sign on the door that says it’s closed per city ordinance and that all orders need to be picked up at NW location. I show up at NW location and they don’t have the order and I had to wait for the cake to be ready.

I wanted to provide feedback on behalf on my 17 year old daughter that had applied to her very first job after high school graduation.

On 6/10, my daughter filled out an application at NBC & contacted the store after to ensure they received her application. The manager she spoke to on the phone informed her that the position she had applied to had been filled, however, to go in for an interview on June 11th at 10am. She proceeded to inform my daughter that she could start in the customer service position and once she turned 18 in July, she could be moved over to the Froster position.
The morning of her interview (30 minutes beforehand), she received a text saying: “Thank you for your interest, the position has been filled.” My daughter contacted the store before driving the interview and was told by a girl “yeah, that position has been filled.” After hanging up, she was taken aback and surprised because it didn’t reflect the conversation she had with the manager the day prior, so she called back to speak to a manager. A girl answered and she was put on hold & then told the manager said the position was filled, but she could wait until I turned 18 and apply for the Froster position.

I want to express my frustration in this process and also provide some constructive feedback on this situation to potentially help others not deal with the same experience. Not only is it disheartening for my daughter to be excited about the opportunity to interview and then that be retracted through a text, it is severely disappointing that a manager didn’t have the decency to call my daughter herself and let her know, but rather sent a text and then relayed the message through a store employee.

In saying all of this, thank you for providing a life lesson for my daughter. She is learning that not every business and/or manager will have her best interest at heart, and sometimes they won’t even respect her time. From this, she learned that even though it was disappointing, she was saved from possible future disappointments by working for that manager and NBC. Please do better and teach your employees about respecting future employee prospects! This is a fantastic learning opportunity for all - including my daughter!

I went to try the new churro Bundt. The pictures show the dulce de Leche inside. I thought it would look like the picture, with a least a good amount of it. But instead I got this. There was barely any inside. I was disappointed. All the other times we’ve tried their bundts everything has been great until now. Too bad, it would have been a great Bundt.

Trash service, don’t bother placing an order for pick up bc your order wont be ready at the time you selected. The girls working will take your nane and never bring it out. You can hear them laughing in the back and it’s not after I asked for an update on my pick up order (40 mins past my pick up time) she brought it out. Lost a customer.

My son’s birthday is Sunday 12/17 and it completely slipped my mind that I had ordered for pickup 12/16 @ 4pm. They called me at 5:47 reminding me and they closed at 6:00. They were understanding and allowed me to pickup after closing. I arrived around 6:11 and even with me inconveniencing them, they still remained kind! Thank you so much to the two woman working tonight! Y’all are highly appreciated!
