I’m in CA & was having issues placing an order online. I ended up calling it in today for delivery, my son’s birthday. The call, customer service, product quality, and delivery services were OUTSTANDING!!! My son loved & enjoyed the bundtinis!!! Thank you so much! Please keep up the great work! Your bakery will be my go to for special occasions and gatherings.

I bought 4 mini cakes to go ask for one fork to go. The lady said it .50 for a fork are you serious after I just bought 4 little cakes to go ! You want to charge me for one fork ! Total tacky especially how much money I spent on four cakes !! Greedy greedy I go somewhere else .

The taste is amazing. My only issue was I did the survey to get my coupon, and it gives you like a week maybe 2 to use them, but I wanted to get the new banana pudding and everytime I wanted to buy it they were out of stock. Now my coupon is expired.

This is the second time I’ve come to this location and found it closed despite the website stating they are open until 7 p.m. Today, I arrived at 4:03 p.m. and was told by an employee that they were closed. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since the website and the door both indicate they should be open until 7 p.m. I live 15 minutes away, so it's inconvenient to make the trip only to find the store closed early. While sitting in my car writing this review, I saw multiple groups walk up, only to be turned away with the same message. Meanwhile, I watched others receive bags with what I assume are the same items I came for. If the store is closed, why continue to serve some customers? It would be great if there were a Nothing Bundt Cakes nearby so I could go there instead.

I ordered a last minute Birthday Cake, delivery was quick via DD and the cake was delicious everyone loved it! 🎂🥳

I’ve been here a few times and the cakes are good but I had a bad experience. I went in and asked for the chocolate chip 8” cake the lady at the counter said it’ll be 15-20 mins which is completely fine I waited 35 mins until I finally decide to go to the counter and ask for an estimate on how longer I needed to wait they ask for my receipt I show it to them and she’s asks me to wait so she can check on it, another lady comes from the back and asks for my receipt once again and goes to the back to check one more time then proceeds to grab a cake from the display because I’m assuming they forgot about my order so I waited almost 40 mins for them to just grab the cake that was sitting there when I arrived at the store. Very disappointed.

My birthday was last week but wanted to support the fundraiser they where doing here, very nice staff and great atmosphere.

Found multiple long strands of hair inside of the birthday cake my wife picked up for me. Not sure if hair nets are mandatory, but if not, they definitely should be!
