Went for lunch and carne guisada was the special as well as the Enchilada plate that came with 3 enchiladas. Food was quick and tasted great. Will go another day for sure during the week to try something else. Great service and food.

I asked if the cheese enchiladas had creamy or chewy cheese (not sure how else to ask ....) She told me creamy BUT that was not the case. It is definitely chewy like the more you chew it grows in your mouth and gages you when you swallow. That is a deal breaker for me pretty much. The rest was ok.

I love this place. Especially on Mondays-mini taco plate with a sweet tea is $9.99. Hard to beat. Great flavor, large portion size, feels almost like a hole in the wall place. It’s busy during lunch but the service is still fast. This restaurant is now a part of my regular rotation. Glad I found it.

This is definitely an underrated establishment that I'd recommend to anyone in San Antonio! Have been coming here awhile for tacos and lunch, the staff is always happy and friendly. The food is always amazing, and the prices are fair. If you haven't already, make a stop in to this fantastic location.

I found a hair in the meat of my mini tacos. The server came over and took the plate away. My husband's enchilada plate had no issues. This is the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Very disappointing... there was no apology or concern shown by anyone. Won't return.
