Our favorite bowling alley in San Antonio.Prices are very reasonable, staff is friendly and always willing to help and accommodate when they can. I reserved a lane for my son and his friends and noticed that where they planned on putting us was very crowded, especially for 6 preteen boys. I asked if we could be moved, I was expecting a very hard no considering how packed it was starting to get, but the staff was able to accommodate us by giving us a lane on the end so that the boys had more room. Thanks you Oak Hills staff for always coming in clutch. The boys had a great time! Can’t recommend this place enough.

I would leave a - star review if I could! Don’t get me wrong it’s fun when you’re in your own little world with your people bowling but the environment is so toxic! The employees are all so rude !! Always have an attitude and are just so uptight !!! Would not recommend at all! “Uhhh hello are yall even here to bowl because it doesn’t looks like it if you want to bowl get over there!” is an exact phrase from an employee ( old lady at the register ) to a group of innocent customers who had just walked in and were talking within each other! There was another incident where a kid got the ball stuck in between the lane and ball slot the old guy come over, turned off their bumpers being so inconsiderate! We were the next lane over, my sister had her bumpers on mind you she is 13 yrs old and has NEVER bowled for her being her first time she had the bumpers on !HE CAME OVER LOOKED HER IN THE FACE AND SAID “YOU ARE TO OLD FOR BUMPERS!!!” She was in shock as were my partner and I!! Naturally my partner got upset about the interaction get inbetween the two and was calm as can be but the old guy kept it going!! We left immediately! We hadn’t been advised that it was 12 and under only for bumpers, but a simple hey these are the rules i’m going to have to change your settings to one of us adults would have sufficed! but nope THEY NEED A STAFF REFRESH!

Very bad experience. I was with my 9 year old daughter, obviously needing bumpers, and was given a lane where the bumpers didn't work. They pretty much said "too bad, we don't care". The lady at the front desk was inconsiderate and clearly knew that the lanes bumpers did not work. If youre with your family, do not go. Terrible customer service.

Cosmic bowl is fun with decent music. After 9pm more adults less kids. The drinks have gone up in price no more specials, so that sucked.

One of the best bowling alleys in San Antonio in my opinion. Bowling alleys been around many many years and it's very clean very professionally run and they got great house balls. I highly recommend

My son loves this bowling alley. They have bumpers for the little ones and a full bar for the older ones. A great selection of food , a fair price to bowl . Overall, a great place to bowl.

This place is amazingly clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful. If you are thinking about bowling you should try to make your way over to the lanes of oak hills. The place shines. Clean bathrooms and the best staff. Definitely a place to take the family.

Me and my family were trying to bowl. You pay by the hour, not by the game (Which is fine) but, throughout our time bowling , our lane kept messing up. The pins wouldn’t go down, we kept having to press the reset button, which ate up a decent amount of our time. The first time it happened we were like “ok” the second time we asked to move lanes and we were told there were no lanes available, but lane next to us was open, and it remained open for about 25-30 min before the next group took it over. The issues kept happening over and over again. To the point where people in other lanes would go up to the workers and ask them to fix it for us. After about 4-5 times of this happening ,we felt like we should receive some sort of discount, because some of the time we paid for was spent waiting for the lane to work, or waiting for a worker to fix it.When we asked, we were told that they could only add time, which doesn’t make sense because the time would be wasted waiting for the lane to work. Then they said they would offer to switch lanes for us but when we asked an hour prior they wouldn’t let us move, and we have already been there for 2 hours, and didn’t want to spend any more time there. So our issue was never resolved sadly. When we asked for a manager we were told by the three employees that the manager was out of town, which is another issue, cause there should always be an acting manager onsite, to prevent situations like this. Hopefully we are able to reach out to a manager and have our issue resolved

The old guy at the register was really weird and not to welcoming. But we as s family made the best of it and played one game and left. We would not recommend this place. Better chance at main event or Dave's and busters.
