Soda machine was dirty, you could see the mold where the ice falls from. Service was quick, price was a little high for the amount of food you get. The sausage is delicious and the brisket is good.
Location was recommended and I tried it out. The pork ribs meat fell off the bone, smoked chicken, yummy sausage, and quality brisket. YES, I’m definitely coming back. Looks old, but it’s definitely a hidden gem. I also noticed the Blue Plate Awards on the walls
As an out-of-state visitor to San Antonio and a fan of barbecued meat, I wanted to experience the Texan style of BBQ. Looking at various reviews for this and other BBQ restaurants, I noticed a range of opinions about most BBQ restaurants, including this one.
