Food was cold and pasta was still hard, server was rude he seemed like he didnt want to service us and didnt even talk

Slow service waited almost an hour for food the server didn't bring a refill. Had to wait 20min for change from paying

We usually have a great experience. Today was not the case. First, it wasn’t busy at all and we got 3 pieces of bread for 6 people…… after about 10 minutes after the waitress took our order she informs us they are out of bread and the soup we ordered. Understandable. But it didn’t have to take that long to tell us. Then our food comes out and we’re missing one of the entrees ,they instead brought out a different dish we hadn’t ordered. It takes forever before the last dish came out most of us were done eating. Didn’t check on us for the majority of the meal. Finally we’re ready to go and we look at our bill and they charged us for the dish the brought out wrong and the original dish. I wasn’t even upset but mostly disappointed so many bumps and it all could’ve been solved with communication.

Olive Garden wasn't in working order. Our group went in, waited and then the electricity went out. We expected the light to come back on but they had no backup generators.

Did the car-side pickup. Waited for 20 minutes after promise time. Had the Stuffed Chicken Marsala. It was overcooked and inedible. Cheeses were burnt. It will be a while before I do that again.

Olive Garden is hard to beat as a chain restaurant as is, but the staff at this one were particularly welcoming and friendly to my children.

Kid-friendliness: Staff was very patient and friendly.

A bit taken back and embarrassed by the end of our meal. I will say from the start everything was great and our meals were delicious. At the end our server asked if we needed anything else. We asked for a soup to go and while he did bring it the comment after did offset the experience. The family next to us also asked for a soup to go literally right before we did but why weren’t they told that there was a charge?

Soup and salad but no Italian food 😕

Went to get 1/2 dozen bread sticks bag was warm so I thought bread sticks would be good and hot. Not! They sucked! Tasted like they’d been sitting there a while or somebody’s left overs! Gross! Thx for making me pay for them eating 1 and throwing the rest of the shit away! Preciate it👌

When I first came in I wanted to place an order for takeout. The host said she would have someone come over to take my order but no one ever came so had to step outside and just ended up ordering it off the website.

It was my first time at Olive Garden. As a German who traveled all over Europe I honestly didn't have high expectations. It was definitely a good meal and Joey was amazing!
