Wow, this was a fairly disappointing lunch experience following church on Sunday. Our servers for our group of 12 were very friendly, but it took forever to get through each step of ordering, drinks, bread, salad, meals, checkout. The servers would be gone for very long periods of time between each step. It appears to be a staffing problem, because even calling ahead for our group we still waited ~20 mins, only to be seated in the area behind the front desk wall that was literally completely empty, except for one table of customers.Foodwise, the breadsticks, which had some change in the recipe some years ago, were overcooked and tasteless, my simple angel hair pasta, meat sauce, and meatball plate hardly had any sauce on it and what was there tasted bland, and the salad was mostly the "ribs" of iceberg lettuce with little dressing on it.Olive Garden, a chain that has been one of our go-to favorites since the 90s, has unfortunately gone downhill in the face of rising labor and food costs. It is yet another one we are scratching off our list of restaurants we like, a list that is getting smaller every week.

Our Endless soup ended.Usually we have a great time, but this time we were not satisfied with the experience. We went for the endless soup, but unfortunately our waitress took forever to come to our table and take the order, not even drinks, water or something! We sat down at 9:00 pm ish, but by the time we ordered our second round of soup the kitchen had already closed. We didn't mind waiting more than usual, but it is so unfair we didn't get to eat as much as we would have liked to because it took forever to take our order. I think the waitress saw our disappointment and brought 1 more portion from a few leftovers of the soup we wanted, which I appreciate, but my husband eats like there is no tomorrow and that was certainly not enough for us. Also the bread sticks had no garlic butter.
Difficult to get good service these days. We had Daniela O. during this visit (4/17). She was great. No complaints. Total of seven of us for lunch. Thank you! Food - all made correctly. Clean restaurant. No wait.
Tried a build your own dinner and not one but two things were missing That was the first time but very hesitant on build your own

It was a great visit today! Great customer service. The food was great and it came to our table really fast. The drinks were... well, maybe a bit bland. But everything else was awesome today!Vegetarian options: Eggplant Parmesean is great!Kid-friendliness: Very Family oriented! Bring the little ones.Wheelchair accessibility: It has plenty of space between the tables for a wheelchair.
Ordered spaghetti with Toscana soup and breadsticks. Spaghetti barely had meat sauce but large tomato chunks. Even with asking for extra meat sauce plus found fettuccine noodles mixed in with spaghetti noodles this was made so wrong on a Sunday right after church. Toscana soup was less than normal provided amount received and extremely watery with faint sprinkles of meat & barely any potatoes, wayyyyyy more watery side of soup and less seasoning. I knew it was going to be a hit or miss but commme on! I don’t have the energy to call in and complain anymore, I’m sick and tired at this point. But I can say my dog enjoyed it!
