I was happy with my experience until my server Jacque put too much cheese on my pasta. This was my second time coming to an Olive Garden so I don’t exactly know all the customs but I was handling business on my phone when Jacque came to my table and asked if I wanted cheese I said yes. Food and staff were amazing, the manager and general manager both came to my table to see how the service and food were. I also watched the general manager clean tables which is a rarity to see.
The food is reliable and fresh compared to other locations, but the service is hit or miss. You could get a great server, a lousy one that only comes when you ask for them, or even seated in a section that is closed.
