I was promised an awesome an experience from host. Saying we would have the greatest server. If I could remember her name. I would definitely put her name in this review. We had got to the restaurant at 7:30 placed our order the moment we sat down didn’t receive our food until 9:05-9:10 so an hour to receive our food. She never checked on our table. Focused on the 3 other tables around us. I had to get a bus boy to refill my drink. Not only that. The server lied about our food getting served to a different table. If it was an honest mistake then she should came to our table earlier and apologized. Me and husband leave 30-40$ tips every where we go and she had missed out. After we talked to the manager. He fixed our problem and apologized for the inconvenience. I do really want to thank him for apologizing and offering to take care of us. We paid for our meals cause that was the right thing to do. Something’s can be uncontrollable. But if you go in, ask which server is the best server mid 30-40 female and once you get your answer. Avoid her at all cost.

I have gone to Olive Garden so many times and this was by far the worst experience. When my food arrived I noticed a piece of hair cooked into the ravioli and told the waiter about it and he said he would get a new one out for me. Then, while waiting I decided to continue eating my salad when I spot another strand of hair in the dressing. After alerting the waiter, I told him that I wouldn’t want my ravioli remade either because I had lost my appetite. He then made my friend still pay for her meal even after the inconvenience. My friend didn’t even want to eat her food either because of how disgusted she was at the cooking of my meal. The waiter was kind about it, but the whole experience was a waste of time since we didn’t even get a free meal or dessert due to the inconvenience. I will not be returning to Olive Garden.

The hostess that goes by Ms. Pat made my day! Went here to eat really quickly after a doctor’s appointment and she was incredibly kind and hilarious to chat with! I hope she knows she was just delightful to meet.

We loved our dinner experience here
Being vegetarians it's always nice when someone listens to our requests and executed them well...our waitress did just that and we enjoyed a great vegetarian pasta with the perfect mix of veggies..the bread sticks were fresh and warm and the Parmesan steamed broccoli with the kids meal was great...will definitely go back and hope the experience stays the same

Food and service has regressed over the years. Our waitress took 15 minutes just to get to us our drink orders. The hostess to seat us wasn't anywhere in sight when arriving. Think the manager who was on her lunch break came out to sit us after waiting 5 minutes with no one else around. Food portions have grown much smaller over the years it seems. Salad had way too much dressing and was very salty. Foul odor from the table as they probably used the same dirty smelly towel to wipe all the tables. Place was empty but they placed all customers in one area for some reason. Would have preferred some privacy to celebrate my daughters birthday. Wouldn't recommend this location.

11/4/25 We had a wonderful dining experience at Olive Garden! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot, and the salad and breadsticks were as good as always. The staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. A great place for a delicious and relaxing meal.

9/1/25 Outstanding Service at Olive Garden on 281 & Stone Oak. We had an excellent dining experience thanks to our server, Joanna. Her service was truly outstanding — very polite, attentive, and welcoming. She made us feel relaxed and taken care of the entire time. The salad and breadsticks were amazing, and our entrées were delicious as well. Joanna was amazing and really embodied the Olive Garden motto, “When you’re here, you’re family.” She made our visit special, and we can’t say enough good things about her!
