We were there for a birthday party. They accommodated our group very well. Everything came out timely and hot and fresh. Our waiter did a great job!

Everything was great except the seating for some reason the tables were soo close together. The other tables were super crazy and loud.

Never again! Went for the pasta special (AYCE) buy they were out of some of the pasta and sauces. Had soup and salad, soup was watered down, and salad was wilted and gross, left with an upset stomach, and got sick by the time I got home. Needless to say, I will never go back

New in town from Dallas and also had some family in town. We decided to try Olive Garden once again. Got sat at a booth and we are getting situated, Julian greets us halfways through and asks “ what are we starting off with”… my wife mentions can the bar make a chocolate tini and his response is “ i don't know, you would have to ask the bar”… wtf. Shes brainstorming again while we are getting situated and I said “you know do me favor please go ask the bar if they can make that. I would like my wife to enjoy what she likes”. He comes back and says “the fanciest drink the bar can make is a lemon drop”… wtf smh. “ what about the chocolate tini”?… his response “shes real busy thats why she doesn’t want to make it”. Again mind blowing responses. Then i said “wow I'm sorry i didn't realize we are here on her time”. You can imagine the rest of our experience. Spent under $150 to get treated like crap our whole experience was rude and rushed. Spoke w Tia the MOD and hopefully she can address the issues.

Only reason i am giving less as a tip and less in my review is the fact that your servers are offering to pay a system/computer rather than pay then for the bill. This takes away form accountability, service and personalization. And kept us waiting. Gabby? Was nice and friendly, not sure of her department. Just asked her name because she was friendly.

Waiting 20mins to get service after being seated is ridiculous. We have no server due to talking with the manager due to a shift change. This was on Saturday, November 9, 2024.

Update: We did get a server after speaking with the manager. They are working on our order. Very delicious.
