Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Don’t even bother coming. We had a party of 10 for a birthday dinner, arrived at 5:30… we were told an hour 15 wait time.. it’s now 7:38pm and we’re leaving to go eat somewhere else because we STILL haven’t been sat. Manager was no help at all. They couldn’t care less that we were overlooked and waiting as long as we were. Just kept lying and saying “we have two tables just waiting on the 3rd” for the whole last hour we were waiting. Even though they were seating parties that got there after us with the same amount of people.

We went for an early Valentine dinner redo. We usually go to the OG on Zarzamora, which is also a fave. But this location was a tad bit more nice. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and service was quick.

Me and my Husband came on our 5 month anniversary being married. And everything was absolutely perfect!!! They were super quick with getting us seated less than 5mins and they were super busy!! and our server Derek. L was absolutely amazing!! Super friendly, had a great smile, and checked on us perfectly!! If you come here ask for Derek. L!!! Would come here again because of him!!

One of the nicest olive gardens I’ve been to the decoration and building is very nice. Claudia the manager on duty ran a great operation I could tell she’s passionate about what she does. She and her staff all provided amazing service. Some people say customer service doesn’t exist anymore but Claudia definitely proved to us that taking care of customers and providing great customer service is still important. We are glad we brought our party of 16 to eat here. The service was outstanding and we will definitely be comping back to this location going forward!! Thank you to the staff and Claudia for the great experience!

Went in on Sunday after valentines day. I have a Lebanese wife and the manager like turned her nose up at my wife and said she would clear a booth for us. It was 3pm and they were not busy. We waited for 15 minutes and then a party of 3 walked in and she sat them immediately. Pretty sure this was racism... We walked out after they sat the larger party first.

Excellent, and surprisingly, super fast service and attention! Our server was great and we enjoyed our food. It’s always a pleasure to dine at places with highly quality service and food. Maintaining this high level of quality food and service will keep us coming back.
