Better than Culebra's food and service. Im shocked because they were my go to before I came here. Food was hotter. Alfredo sauce was better seasoned and thicker. Service was optimal just like Culebra.

Ugh, I love OG, so this review is difficult. The atmosphere was great and the service was awesome. But the drinks we had made came back terrible for both myself and my husband. Asked for a double vodka tonic and got a single in a very small glass which took 3 minutes to drink. Drinks forever to get even when ordering on the system that is on each table. My chicken parm was dreadful. The pasta tasted terrible and the chicken parm was covered in oil. The zuppa Toscana (which is my fave part) was lacking terribly. My husband got the soup also and he even said "your version of Zuppa Toscana is way better" which sucks bc I LOVE Olive Garden!!! I hope that this was jist a bad day, but we spent alot of money to risk this happening again.

5:30 on a Saturday evening and then we had a 5 minute wait. Party of 4...unheard of anywhere else. Food was great, Service was better.Kid-friendliness: Took our 2 month old and the staff was very accommodating. Realized that our original seating was not ideal for our family and sat us somewhere a bit more roomy.

Place wasn’t full at all to have to wait for almost 2 hours for our food. Portion on my dish was a lot less than before and prices has gone up. Server wasn’t good at all for her to have just 3 tables and we were right next to each other. For the server to do her rounds. Place not been that full really though we would have great service.

Tiramisu was really good. We had a server named Natalie and she was awesome! Super conversational and happy :)
We had 6 adults plus a toddler and they first gave us a small table so we asked for a bigger table. After that our waitress completely ignore my fiancé, she brought out our soups and salad with our actual food which there was NO room on the table for all of that. She took my fiancé’s salad plate even though he was about to put some salad on it. She also forgot the salad dressing and croutons. My cousin asked her about it and she said “I got a really bad headache” (with an attitude) that is no way to talk to a customer. She also kept putting hot plates right in front of my daughter which she just turned 1 years old. And we told her not to please and she kept doing it. And last but not least we weren’t done but my Uncle paid the bill and she took off. We asked for her several times and they couldn’t find her. We want to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter and also get some bread bags and to-go boxes. She was no where to be seen again.That’s the worst service I have ever gotten at a restaurant.
