I am embarrassed to call this Korean BBQ as Korean. And the service was not good at all. The server never came back after second round order. Meats are dry and tough to chew. If you want to try authentic Korean BBQ, I do not recommend this place.

I don't know if it was that night but this was one of the worst experiences we had at a Korean BBQ place. The portions were small for two people and we didn't get checked back on after we finished our first round. Maybe another visit would change my mind but that's maybe unlikely how this visit went. Also we had reservations and still had to wait 15 minutes to get a seat.

When we got to our time for our reservation we were told there were 9 tables ahead of us and an hour plus wait atleast. This was on Valentine’s Day. Don’t trust these guys with your dates or dinner plans. Absolute criminal.

Well, this was quite an experience! You sit at a booth with a personal grill for you. You pick some meat or vegetables. If you are new to this, they will walk you through it. We had fun. I hope you give it a chance.

The food was great, and the customer service by Donnelle was amazing he made a wonderful experience, and the jokes that he would make were funny, and he was very attentive. They have a wide range of food options and side that you can choose from with that can cater to almost all kinds of people. The atmosphere was great too they have great music playing while you eat and it very easy to use the grill and cook your food on 10/10 i would definitely come back and eat here again.

Another pop up grill at the table place. Tables are very small and cramped so if you are a party of 4, space is limited which may be by design. $56/person and all you can eat for the Deluxe but the time it takes to cook and the small space means a lot of time to get full. The servers were accommodating and nice despite my demanding wife who makes everything difficult for servers. Would I go back? Probably not because it's like many of the other ones out there and I can get the same thing. Probably better for a two person date than a family event due to the self cooking being a small grill and no way to keep up with hungry people.

So I would say great for 2 people not for a larger party.

6 people came out to $380 with gratuity.

Service was no good. Our server was nice but was not as attentive to us as she was to other tables. She didn’t know what banchan was. Ordered soup and never got it. Came here cause I didn’t want to wait for Ilsong to open at noon. Won’t be back.

Currently have really bad diarrhea l, food was expensive we drank water and you can only order every 10 min. Side dishes like corn with cheese was basically canned corn, beef ramen was maruchan. Not worth 100 bucks for 2

Let me start this off by saying that me and my partner love Korean bbq and have tried all spots in the city. We came on a weekday for dinner. The restaurant was eerily empty, there was a big family in the back and 2 other 2-tops. My first complaint is how long the meats took to come out. I clocked 12 minutes, which for a slow KBBQ restaurant is very very long, if you eat this type of food regularly you know that is an extremely long time to be waiting, as we go to busy KBBQ spots and your meats on your table within 5 minutes. Service was questionable, although our server was very friendly, she was not attentive. There were 2 servers for 4 tables(including us) within the entire restaurant, no reason for us to have to flag you down when we’re missing half of the food we ordered and need refills. We had ordered zucchini, which we never got and asked her about. She said that the kitchen staff had to cut the zucchini for us and that it would be a few minutes. It never came. Oh well big deal. The food was just missing seasoning, the kalbi was underwhelming. The only thing I would go back here for is the Korean hot dogs, I actually ordered like 3 of them because the meats were just bland and not good. So I paid over $50 for Korean hots dogs LOL. Overall I don’t recommend this place and it was empty for a reason. So many other great ones to go to in San Antonio.

I’m not able to eat what I want to order because there is a minimum 2 person order. I don’t have anyone I know who will eat this with me and wanted to treat myself to a solo meal. Really disappointing.
