The system they have to serve food is very complicated for my taste and the chocolate donuts are very bad, the chocolate seems to be made with earth, the sensation it has is earthy.

I have no complaints their tacos are good !! I love the option of being able to bring your own drink I'm a dr pepper lover so the can with extra ice is a must have !! But all in all the tacos are good I always eat a potato taco no egg I smash it up a little salt and their red salsa is awesome I got my whole family eating potato tacos their mini tacos are good too with out the cilantro and grilled onion added are good very filling !!! Me and my hubby share a plate cause we never finish our plates ! The lunch plates are ok mu advice stick to the tacos!!

Maybe this is harsh, but this is my effort to keep them accountable for what is a staple here in SA. Maybe if enough people recognize this, they’ll go back to the way it was. Here it goes:I’ve always thought they had one of the best barbacoa tacos in town (if not the best at one point). They’d consistently sell out on weekends….went this morning and seems like they sold out on their quality. They did something horribly wrong. Recently went from barbacoa on weekends to every day and simultaneously must have switched up where they buy it from, whomever makes it, or a combination of the two. It was the kind of barbacoa you could get from any random Mexican restaurant. Dry, had this mayo tasting consistency (almost like I ordered barbacoa and instead was eating tuna). They still have good food, but won’t be making this drive to them the way our fam used to. Sad to see.

The Carne guisada was dry and tasted old. Looked like fresh and old pieced of Carne was mixed up. The donuts were just ok

Do not miss this place!!! The best hole in the wall place in San Antonio! While it says donut shop, don't be fooled! This is the best breakfast and lunch place around! About 20+ varieties of tacos! My favorites are the carne Mexicana ,,a long time patron from high school years at Thomas Jefferson

I got in the donut Taco line with one car ahead of me that was already there I was waiting about 10 minutes and then the lady came to the window and took that cars order it took forever for them to get served and then by the time she was leaving in the next line the guy had pulled up and had it blocked so she couldn't leave and I sat there for another 5 minutes so by the time I got to my order I was there for 25 minutes and I had to go they need more help at the donut counter and help the cars that are waiting

The breakfast tacos and the donuts tasted good. The restaurant was so cute! It was a great spot to stop before going into San Antonio.

4/8/24 Great food unfortunately the cashier is a very rude person and ladies eating behind counters while packing up tacos ! I've been coming here for at least 30 yrs perhaps management needs to teach that rude lady how to treat faithful customers ! Follow protocol when handling customers and their food !
