Same problem as the entire food chain, menus with voluminous and apparently well served photos, dishes with little food. Made the experience, though tasty, frustrating! There was more fries on my plate than meat.

Went to go have a date night with my husband. We walked to our booth and it was wet. The seat was wet and full of crumbs. The table was dirty as well. We waited an hour and 45min for our food. When it finally arrived it was cold! Not warm but cold! The service was horrible. They took it back to warm it up and took 37 min to get it back. The restroom was filthy! Kitchen towels were wrapped around the leaking sink. Toilet paper all over the floor and no soap! We previously went to the Outback on Military Dr near City Base and we had a great experience but this location is horrible!
Update! I have gone to the website that I was told to go to and all I was asked to do was leave an email reply. NOTHING WAS DONE TO FIX THIS ISSUE!

First the counter top was pretty dirty didn't bother to wipe down at all.
Just went in for burger. Was there for 1 hour 20 minutes. Only took 20 minutes to eat 1 hour of waiting around. Service just took so long for everything.
The burger was dripping in this yellow oil. No flavor just grease. So much grease Filled my plate with puddle of bright yellow oil. WHY YELLOW?? Then the grease made my mashed potatoes all soggy.
Had to pull hard Grissle out 2 times not edible. Had to remove 1 small hard piece of something so hard hurt my tooth when I bit down. The plate so small I couldn't really put burger with out getting it in the puddle of yellow grease.
Employees standing watching videos by the bar and every 10 minutes puts phone down to work. Management says nothing.
Everyone dressed in uniform looking professional except manager. My first impression she dressed like a bum. I was surprised she didn't look like the rest try to lead by example.
OVERALL NEVER GOING BACK 1 time was 1 to many.
Hopefully this review will save some people. I had to find out the hard way.

Ordered the blooming bundle meal to go with 4 sirloin steaks, 4 grilled chicken, 2 sides of mashed potatoes, house salad which was pretty big even after it looked like it wasn’t, bread, and a blooming onion for $80. Fed a family of 5 and still had left overs. Food was great!

Went for drinks and apps, stayed for dinner, got the pick 3 combo, with salad chopped steak, and carrots cake dessert. Was stuffed couldn't finish took dessert home. Fiance had potato soup blooming burger and cheesecake. Also had 2 margaritas and mozz sticks before, everything was good, tasty and fresh. Will return.

This restaurant is my favorite place to eat. Unfortunately there was another patron who was discriminatory towards me today. Luckily the staff and management were amazing at responding and went well above and beyond on making the experience sting a little less. Big shout out for all of the care and compassion in taking care of my wife and I during a difficult moment!

Tried a family meal and it was great. Not bad for $70, we ordered the 4 steaks& coconut shrimp, 2 family sides with a salad and bread. It was so tasty, portions were perfect!
