Great people and great atmosphere. The recent changes they made was well worth it.

My wife just ate steak and shrimp, the price on the menu was $21.99, I ordered wings, they brought them out burnt black color ,I told her to cancel my wings, she did,all I had was brown bread and butter for lunch, because they said it would be another 20 minutes for wings,so I did not have anything to eat, we waited for an hour to recieve our food first off,now tell me how the $21.99 plate ended being $30.00,when all we drank was water.

My 1st time at Outback. The food was delicious. The biscuits were super yummy and the ribs.....mouth watering!!!!My son and I arrived approximately 40 minutes before the restaurant opened, and there were people already in line!

From the moment we walked in, late night, near end of shift keep in mind, the host was alert, quick with greeting us, sat us right away, we waited little to no time to be greeted by our server Asia, she gave recommendations and the food was far from just good, it was phenomenal. They kept our glasses full, and still managed to give us a more private experience even in the center of the restaurant. Thank you to the night shift team

Not impressed. They started this visit telling us there were no tables available, even though the restaurant was less than half full. They said we could sit at the bar, but not at a table. So we waited, and were finally sat at a table that was dirty, and the seats actually had ripped seats with the stuffing sticking out. There were shrimp tails on the floor next to our table. The drinks were mediocre. Even though I ordered a cucumber drink that boasted fresh cucumber in it, that wasn't the case. The food was a huge disappointment with the sirloin steak being so tough it was inedible. I had gotten the special that included a piece of cheesecake that I got to go. It was a sliver of what looked and tasted like it came from Sam's, with this weird, jello-like substance they identified as raspberries - it wasn't. The "slice" was in pieces - you can get better looking desserts at a gas station.Obviously, I won't be back. Outback needs to rethink letting this restaurant have their brand associated with it.

First off it's pricey. So if you're looking for a cheap place to eat. This isn't it. But besides that, the food is phenomenal. I haven't been in years. And the food hasn't changed. Even though the prices have. Lol. I loved the blooming onion. I'd come back again when I have the money for it.

1st, my curbside order was correct, a rarity these days it seems. 2nd, I'm giving 2 ⭐ ⭐ overall b/c of the cost. Food was good but wasn't worth what I paid for (in my opinion). The ribs were great, fries were decent. The mac 'n cheese should be called mac 'n pepper b/c I tasted way more pepper than cheese. The house salad was ok but way too much lettuce & not enough other toppings/veggies, including the dressing. I know I can add on "extra" but didn't think I'd have too + I love it when restaurants take the time to prepare you a fresh salad & go thru the effort of taking out the bitter pieces of lettuce out - The OB doesn't do that. The 'loaded' mashed pots. were ok but I didn't realize the butter would be in the same small condiment container as the sour cream & used the wrg butter, (the one that was supposed to be for the bread).Last, the prime rib I was so looking FW to. It was a good cut, a little too much fat but I ordered the "seasoned & seared" minus the horseradish sauce. MY fault to assume that I would automatically get the au jus w/it but instead b/c it was a to-go order, it had dried out by the time I got it home. Really "mates"? I would think by now you'd know to at least offer it on the to-go orders. Ruined the whole experience for me, couldn't even finish it. Again my fault, shoulda knew better. The meat itself tasted good, but just coulda been WAY betterer. Wasn't as succulent as it was intended to be. That, and the rarest cut they had was MW so that didn't help. Buyer beware.

We received some gift cards to Outback so my husband and I came in for dinner. The service was very friendly and attentive. The free bread is very good. I got the Alice springs chicken and it was cooked well. My husband got a sirloin steak which was fine but not amazing. We both got loaded baked potatoes on the side that were good but could have used more toppings.

If I could give this restaurant a 0 stars I would. Went to enjoy a nice steak, left in distraught with no steak. Heather the so called manager had no customer service whatsoever, she was arguing to me about how I like my steak cooked, I have never experienced a literal manager arguing to me about bringing out the wrong temperature steak 3 times!!!

We went for the blooming onion and had prime rib and ribeye. The ribeye was good, as expected, but the prime rib was fantastic. One person in our party had it seared with the house horseradish sauce, which was good. Another had traditional au jus, which was fantastic. Even though I prefer ribeye, I will be having prime rib au jus next time for sure. The service was excellent, and the timing between appetizers and the main course was perfect. The staff was very attentive and quickly brought any extras when requested.
