Mike are waitress excellent customer service he speaks Spanish and English my mother only speaks spanish he was very nice with my mom the manager mike came to are table asking us how was evetring very nice very happy with the service and the food

First time in San Antonio tx and this restaurant is a good to right across from my hotel so it was walking distance and the food and drinks was off the chain as us Washington DC folks say when it’s good lol but on and all the customer service was amazing this is a must go to if your ever near

Really good food and the staff was super friendly and I mean everyone. Analyah was awesome and was super sweet to my son and brought his Teddy a plate so Teddy could eat as well. The manager Lindsey came to check in and was very polite and friendly. I really recommend this place best I ever been too.
I ordered a -14.99 special of 4 pieces of shrimp and 8 ox sirloin baked potatoe they charged me 41 dollars sirloin was terrible hell I could have got a nice ribeye for that I will never go back

This was the best Outback Steakhouse I have ever been. The staff was amazing and the management was present the entire time. We were treated like customers which is rare now days. We will be going back regularly.

Dined in on 9/19/24. I ordered the 12oz prime rib and requested medium rare. I received it cooked medium to medium well. I did not want it to go to waste so I accepted it. I mentioned to our server (Lauryn) just so she would be aware of the inaccuracy of my order. I was not upset at all. Towards the end of my meal, the restaurant proprietor (Mike) visited my table and apologized. His apology was very sincere. This type of respect and courtesy for guests is much appreciated. I will definitely visit this location again. By the way, Lauryn was very attentive to our needs throughout our dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this Outback location.
