Tonight it was a moussaka appetizer with an arugula and marinated cucumbers and chopped radish salad. The cannalomi with lamb filling- delicious and savory. The seared sea scallops were one of the best I've ever had, cooked just through. The corn chowder and shrimp base was a perfect combination. Chocolate for dessert- lovely light flourless torte. Oh and their own brand of Egg Cream Liqueur with dessert.

Thanks Paul. Last night was our first time at your restaurant. The food, of course with your training, stood out as excellent. And that is enough to bring us back. But the unique plus was the service. How unusual it is to find myself in a restaurant where the staff actually seem to be happy being there and they seem to be happy to have me there. That does not happen in the bustle of most fine culinary conscious restaurants. Watching, hearing, enjoying them was actually entertaining. Thank you again.

Fun spot for a scratch made meal, be sure to make reservations! We go here for date nights, their fixed price three course menu has never failed to impress. I cannot emphasize enough how excellent their Egg Creme is, fabulous.Vegetarian options: One of the two entrees for the evening is always Vegetarian.

Great dining experience! Had dinner on a Saturday during Restaurant Week. Service was perfect, food was superb, timing of the 3 courses was right on, and the pricing was appropriate. This was our 1st time going and we will be going many more times. Bravo to the owners and staff!

As someone who is easily overwhelmed by choice in restaurants, I really enjoyed this small-menu experience.Chef Pham at CIA recommended OK during a cooking class, and I’m so glad we decided to try it out. You can really see and taste the attention to local and in-season fare.We sat indoors at the low bar, while the cool air from the rain came in the open door, just incredible! I thought it felt very romantic and close.Our waitress was very kind and thorough and the food/drink was excellent. We will definitely return!
I have been wanting to eat here for awhile and it came up on Culinaria week and the menu was what I had been wanting, the schnitzel and spaetzle. Now, it was good, it wasn't stellar, it was OK. The presentation was less than I expected. The staff were amazing; the building is lovely. The dessert. Oh my goodness. That chocolate torte with sour cream ice cream. Divine. Velvety. Sour cream tang to the ice cream perfectly matched very sweet torte.

It's Culinaria week here in San Antonio which was a great excuse to try a spot that is right in the area of my art studio. So myself and two other artists and friends, 6 people in total made reservations for dinner! Once we were seated the ambiance immediately reminded me of a couple of cafes I can across in Spain and France, very cozy and comfortable and the staff were super friendly. It was a 3 course meal which began with the dill cured Salmon, I have only ever once had salmon that I enjoyed, but I thought in for a penny in for a pound, as did we all, and truthfully I've never eaten an hors d'oeuvre that fast the pairing of the salmon and the crunch of the potato pancake was perfect. The second course was the choice of Pork Schnitzel or the Pappardelle Bolognese, and so with six of us it worked perfectly to have 3 order pork and three the bolognese for the obvious reasons! What a meal! The best part of the night was as we all were finishing or towards the end of the second course my friend was saying that he'd really love some more Demi glaze, and the whole table were against saying it's not really a place where you just ask for more ranch dressing or cream gravy!!! Well he soldiered on and a chef walked by and he grabbed his attention and said sir I really love this gravy might I have some more, and the man didn't miss a beat and said No! I laughed and said Perfect, Tge whole table chuckled like see we told you, then a server who overheard informed us that was the owner! Great one Louis! Insult the chef and owner!!! Then a small cup of Demi glaze was delivered and more pork schnitzel was devoured! HA! It should not be surprising that the Lemon Tart and the Chocolate Tortes were next level also, plus great wines and cocktails too! This is a place that we have decided we all will gather at, at least once a month. If I could add more stars I would!
