customer service was awful!!! I dont know the guys name but he was very disrespectful. there were also many food violations being broken. This is a complete low budget knock off of in n out. The whole place is a mockery to in n out. Take those extra minutes and go to in n out. Not worth your money. I will never go to this place again.

Fast, efficient. Lemonade is Real and not too sweet. Fries are legit (no funny taste like other places) I got a p scary. Satisfying. Place is clean and welcomimg. Definitely coming back to try breakfast with REAL EGGS. they even have banana bread. Most of all I came for the first time and will be a repeat customer for what they did for the victims of the flood.

On Thursday July 10th, my husband and I stopped by P Terry’s to support the Austin disaster relief efforts. What we witnessed was nothing short of inspiring people packed inside and out, all coming together for a greater cause. It was a powerful reminder that Texans always show up for one another. No matter the hardship, being a Texan means standing together, lending a hand, and lifting each other up! Despite clear signs of fatigue, the employees carried themselves with remarkable grace, professionalism, and unwavering dedication. The cooks and food preparers worked diligently and with great care to ensure that every meal was freshly made and of exceptional quality. The entire team operated with impressive efficiency, delivering each order promptly without ever compromising attention to detail. Most notably, they greeted every guest with genuine warmth and kindness, their smiles reflecting a deep commitment to hospitality even in the most challenging moments. Their tireless efforts and heartfelt service did not go unnoticed! Each member of the team embodied the true spirit of dedication and compassion, and their hard work was sincerely appreciated by everyone!!!
There was one incredible employee who truly stood out to me though I didn’t catch her name, her impact was unforgettable! She made heartfelt announcements that not only kept us informed about how much was being raised, but also uplifted the entire crowd! Each time she spoke, the energy in the stand shifted and people clapped, cheered, and came together in such a joyful way! P Terry’s has earned a special place in our hearts, and we’re deeply grateful to everyone who made the experience so memorable!!
P Terry’s has also demonstrated extraordinary compassion and community spirit by generously donating 100% of their profits to support the Austin disaster relief efforts. This selfless commitment reflects the true spirit of being Texas Strong resilient, united, and unwavering love. Their dedication to giving back during such a challenging time speaks volumes about their values and their deep connection to the community they serve. Acts of kindness like this not only provide critical assistance to those affected but also inspire hope and strength throughout the region. P Terry’s stands as a shining example of how businesses can make a meaningful difference, proving that true leadership is measured not just by success, but by the heart and generosity shown when it matters most. Their unwavering support is deeply appreciated and honors the indomitable spirit of Texas!

Amazing we go there all the time We love your veggie burger Amazing fries
Got my burger order incorrect, which has happened several times. Also, fries were not cooked. The fountain drink was also out of flavoring so it was mostly soda water.

Stopped by on July 10th around 10:30p. Tonight was a fundraiser for the catastrophic flooding that impacted Central Texas and I just have to say I am extremely impressed with P Terry’s and this location for handling this amount of traffic for Texans supporting Texans. I pulled up and the line was backed up almost all the way to 281. It took about 45min to get to the ordering box, from the person answering the speaker box to the person at the window handing out food you could tell they were dog tired but still cheerful and positive. Once I reached the order box I got my food and was done within 7 minutes and that’s an order that included a milkshake.
Thank you P Terry’s for supporting Texas while we are all hurting and supporting our communities. Huge kudos to your team and how well they did tonight.

I stopped by P. Terry’s on Thursday, the day they generously donated 100% of their profits to support Austin disaster relief for the recent flood victims. The restaurant and drive-thru were absolutely packed, and it warmed my heart to see so many people coming together for a good cause.
It’s moments like this that make me so proud to be a Texan. The sense of community, generosity, and compassion was truly inspiring. P. Terry’s didn’t just serve great food that day, they served hope and unity.
