My boys Togo to place. Food is always good. It's not gourmet but it does the job for my. 12,11 and 3 years old boys. They love the fries and special sauce.

The food is just okay but the service is still very slow I don't know why. I've been the only person in there once and I called ahead by about 15 minutes and I still had to wait in both cases. There were still some errors in my food as well.

I’ve been coming to this location about twice per week. Any time I come before the evening, everything is perfect. When I order during the evening, the ranch they serve has changed from a liquid, to a warm chunky unmoving glob. It’s repulsive. It shows their sauces are kept out all day. Please fix this issue!
Drive thru was fast and accurate. The food was fresh and hot, and the tea was good. We love P. TERRY'S!

So called “manager” is one of the nastiest people I’ve ever met. Snapped back at my mother who had grabbed a cookie (wrapped in plastic, mind you) to check if it’s soft because who wants a dry crumbly cookie. “Don’t touch it”. Can’t speak to customers like that.
That aside, the tables are always sticky and out of sorts. In n out down the road is much better.

Everyone here wants to argue about Whataburger and In-n-out. P. Terry's is consistently better than both, and the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are to die for....

I was craving a burger this morning. Just needed some meat. Dude, this burger was amazing! I can’t really tell you if the sauce, buns, fries, or shakes are any good, but that hamburger patty is stellar! I got mine protein style (wrapped in lettuce), changed my cheese to pepper jack, added jalapeños, kept the tomatoes, then doubled the my meat. I was given sauce on the side, but I ate the whole dang thing before I even thought about it. I literally took two bites then stopped to tell them how good it was and that they did an amazing job. Maybe I was just really hungry, but, man, it was some good meat!
Also, cool side note is they have a dog friendly patio with a water dish. Don’t have a dog, but I think it shows a kind heart when businesses do that.
