This was my first time trying P. Terry's and I am not impressed. It's basically in n out Burger but not near as good. The burger patty was super thin but price was right. Way cheaper than most fast food. I think a regular hamburger combo was like $7.

Worst service I have ever had. Order thru the drive thru. They got it wrong. Went back for them to correct it. They still got it wrong. Just gave up and left. By the way, I was not the only person who had the same issue. They came in right after me, and they messed up her order too. Don't plan on going to this particular restaurant.

Amazing all around when we came in they were filling a 1200 dollar order and still were able to accommodate us! Still quality and tasty all around even while filling a huge order!

This location is so hit or miss. I’ve got lunch here a few times and never had an issue but it seems every time I go here anytime between 6-11pm or so it’s an incompetent crew. My most recent experience was ordering a double cheeseburger meal and receiving a single burger with the wrong drink.

I have been so pleased to have P.Terrys in the neighborhood... but they are quickly going down hill. Every time I go, I ask for Crispy fries. I have yet go get anything resembling a crispy french fry. I have even nicely asked if there is a special way to order them to ensure getting an order that isn't soupy in texture and have tried what employees have offered, but no. And tonight, even the burgers weren't great. I lived in Austin and know it is not the fault of the company, per se, it is at the human level, sadly.

Been to P Terry's and I love their food and how clean the restaurant looks. Today I went through the drive through and there was trash out and it looked yucky. I think this location is new so maybe they are still figuring everything out so I'll update if I see changes Thank you
