I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We waited 20 minutes, and our waitress never came to take our order. The service was awful, and we felt completely ignored. We eventually left without being served. Definitely won't be coming back. 😡

So this is our first time experience this place. We go in and they sit us down and that was it. We waited for about 10 mins for anyone to acknowledge us. Mind you not busy at all waitress were in the a huddle just chit -chatting and laughing kept staring to see if they come but no one came. Finally we just gave up and left .Very unfortunate that we didn’t get to taste the food and we were recmended to try this place. Never going back

coming back here again because the server was terrible. And me and my table had waited 20 minutes and yet no came to take our order. Staff was totally inattentive, so we left without being served. Also one of the waitress was really unhelpful. She seemed disintegrate and took forever to take our order. We had to flag her down for for everything, but it felt like we were bothered her.

This place took me off guard I was expecting typical service and small portions but no amazing place very friendly with smiles very clean portions awesome felt boogie in there I so recommend this place most definitely I will come back for breakfast the syrup comes nice and warm 🔥🔥🔥

The last time I came to Texas and ate from here the service was great. This time, there was barely any effort to ensure the quality of the food and service. If it wasn't for my girlfriend's father, they wouldn't have gotten a tip from me.
The breakfast was normal, and the taste was okay. I’d rate the food as average, giving the restaurant three stars. However, the interior had a noticeable smell, reminiscent of old houses, and the restrooms are in need of renovation and upgrades. The owner should consider hiring a professional interior designer for remodeling instead of attempting it themselves or relying on others. While the chairs were relatively new, the tables looked outdated. One standout feature is the free meals for kids under six, which is a nice touch. Overall, I think three stars is a fair rating.

Sad to say this visit. i was disappointed with the waffles on May 27th. Super dry. Food was cold. Normally we clean our plates. Got there before the morning rush. Cute little place. Service is constant. Go early or you will have to wait. This cute spot is normally a favorite amongst the locals (me). :)
12/15/24 2nd chance: not any better :( had the cowboy plate. Cold plate. Hard Biscuits. Splash of gravy on hard Biscuits. AND male worker using women's restroom. Waitress was nice. There won't be a 3rd visit.

First time here. Came by the check out. Kind of small , rest room, too; not to crowded. Food was OK. Not to much room to seat. Even limited space to seat and wait. Big name,but small place. The Plat was bigger than my meal. The cost was not worth the meal. Not getting the cowboy Plat, again. Basically had the eat off my wives meal. Might go when it's slow and get a different Plat. All was OK. I think, a bad place to have a restaurant. Had to park across the street. I'm hany capped, can't be crossing the street. Like I said...all ok.

What a shame call Mom I used to like this place a lot they used to make big fluffy pancakes now they just look like overpriced IHOP pancakes even their portions for their sites got smaller. You know that this place doesn't really care because I never seen a restaurant that doesn't respond back to their lower reviews don't waste your money I'll never go back again
