Poor service, waitress wouldn't move from person to person. She was reaching over us to serve other side of table. Food could have been better. My carne guisada was not tender. Experience was worse than we've had in the past.

We found Panchito's by accident while visiting San Antonio and now panchito's will be the reason why we go to San Antonio with SeaWorld and other attractions being second and third. We absolutely loved it and had great service and great food. This is the kind of service and food that Houston, Gulf Coast Area Tex-Mex restaurants used to have but they have been slipping for years. If you want excellent food with excellent service, this is the place. Reggie was very professional and treated us like VIPs

My family and i had went out for dinner after a long of work,. We haven't been to Panchitos in awhile. We got there st7:34pm after we had sat down my wife realized they close at 8:00pm, no one never told us anything, but our waiter Xavier wasn't very friendly till after we left. I had order puffy tacos beef fajitas, after my place placed thier order , he repeated the order he said my order back correctly, but unfortunately he brought me back ground beef puffy tacos, I told him I had ordered beef fajita puffy taco, I apologize we didn't know yall closed at 8pm he said its ok, i then replied that its ok I'll eat it just as long he didn't charge me the beef fajitas. Which he didn't, so left it at that, to me it seemed he didn't want to fix it any ways. Actually wasn't that friendly I understand he probably worked all day an its almost closing time get it I work in retail, people always comes in 5 minutes before closing but I still greet , etc.

I can’t express how amazing Beverly’s customer service is. She was so warming and made you feel like family. Beverly also had such an amazing sense of humor. I highly recommend you request her as a server, it will most certainly be memorable.

I’m very picky about my enchiladas because no one makes them like grandma, but the cheese enchiladas at Panchitos was amazing. Thomas waited on us and while it was a busy Friday night we did not notice. He was so attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our evening.
