Ordered for delivery and they never delivered and never called to update. Told me “just come get your food” when driving there they called and didn’t have 1/2 my ordered said I have to choose something else. An ABSOLUTE GANG OF PROBLEMS using the Pandas Life App. App keeps saying I ordered from Khalil Biryani House and Kababs. Um, no I didn't. I never received food after 3 hours. App said I canceled ny order. I DIDN'T I was told to contact DoorDash. DoorDash claimed that they don't have my information or any idea about my order. The workers there made my food, gave it to the driver, driver canceled my order (they guess) despite $10.00 tip. Never again.

This place deserves a 5 star!! Out of all the times we have dined in, ordered pick up, or DoorDash. NOT ONCE have they made an error, forgot something in our order, or skimped us out by giving us little food for more money. This place is amazing, the staff are always nice, and bubbly. Yes I know it’s off of Marbach but who cares!! The food is the best, I have and will continue to take the 45 minutes - 1 hour drives to go dine in, pick up my order when I can cause that is how good their food is! My partner is on a strict vegan diet for health reasons and I love how they can accommodate with their tofu options the best part they never judge and they always ensure his order is NOT messed up or have any dairy or animal products in his food. I truly love this place, they GENUINELY care about their customers! 💖✨

I’ll start by saying I’ve been multiple times our server Jordan is always attentive and in good spirits. Very nice and helpful! Makes sure our drinks are always filled, orders always accurate, and overall just a friendly great person.
I’ll end by saying the owner/manager made our experience very uncomfortable by raising his voice at the employees right in the front of everyone while they had a dining room with visitors. He began raising his voice, being aggressive, and waiving his hands around so bad to the point where I thought it was a customer arguing with the employee! While the employee was keeping it calm and collected.
It went on long enough for our drinks to become empty and another table had to get up walk over and ask for what they needed because we weren’t being attended (not servers fault).
There is a time and a place for manager/employee meetings and a way to speak to your employees. It shouldn’t have been in the dining room with customers.

This used to be my family's favorite Chinese restaurant but after the experience we had today, we will not be returning. Our server, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was and always has been amazing every time we've gone and to hear, who I'm assuming was the owner or manager berate them in front of customers was so uncomfortable, unprofessional, and disappointing. It is obvious this conversation was had in front of customers purely to embarrass this employee so no I cannot on good conscience recommend this restaurant. But props to our server for keeping on a friendly face and STILL providing amazing service after they had to deal with a toxic manager. If you ever read this, I hope you find a better job soon.

Idk what y'all did or changed but this place sucks now. About 2 years ago this place used to be my go to and now I hate it. I would always get the sesame chicken and it used to be so good. Now it’s soggy and there’s barely any pieces of actual chicken, there’s usually more pieces of the chicken breading than there is actual chicken. It just seams like scraps of chicken and the taste and texture is horrible. So sad it seems like panda brothers really let themselves go. The only good thing from here now is their boba teas if you are craving a sweet drink, other than that take your money elsewhere because the taste of the food is mediocre at best and the texture of their food is absolutely atrocious. The food feels like scraps they found out of a dumpster.

So my daughter and I had a hard time figuring where to go to dinner this day and we decided well let’s try this place out we had never been here even though we passed through here for the last 14 years and I was so disappointed I even forgot to post this day but I’m sorry to say the food sucks! Just no other way to put it! The only thing i liked were the crab puffs the noodles were so salty like they drenched them in soy sauce and some thick sweet flavoring just inedible, the fried rice had a weird flavor like maybe a burnt after taste flavor I just can’t describe it, that’s how weird the taste was it was just not good the Mongolian beef was also nasty same thing with soy sauce and some thick type of gravy, but beside this when we got here the waitress was kind of rude but I didnt say anything, but I had originally placed the order for a sampler platter which came 20 minutes after the main dish I’m like ok this was an app can you just box it since we’re done with our meal anyway and the waitress gave me some attitude about that, at that point I said she’s rude and my daughter said I was going to say but since you said it now I know it wasn’t just me! Anyways back to the food…. Now the sampler platter I figured let me try the ribs which I was so looking forward to eating who screws up the ribs? Apparently Panda Brothers does those ribs were so nasty idk what they put on them but those were not the ribs I’m used to eating in any Chinese restaurant but yeah overall I will never go back there maybe there was a reason I never stopped there for 14 years! Hell I’ll just continue to go to Golden Star! A staple of San Antonio!
Well let me start with saying I honestly thought I was going to be very disappointed took the orders to go home started eating to sesame chicken with fried rice and I got to say I was very damned impressed the egg roll is pretty damn good so from a 1 to 10 I'm going to say it's about an 8 and 3/4 very delicious food
