This is my first time ever eating at any Panda Express. It's basically in Chinese fast food probably most of you know that. The people serving the food were fasting friendly and the environment was pretty clean. Much to my surprise, they actually had Cherry Coke in the soft drink dispenser - which is one of two of my favorite soft drinks from a dispenser. The other one would be Pepsi-Cola. Anytime I see one of those available options I feel right at home. One of my favorite restaurants to go eat at used to have Cherry Coke available and recently they have gotten rid of the selection which has made me rethink whether or not I should be even going there anymore. Who does that anyways? And then there's another one that I frequent that is supposed to start serving Pepsi-Cola in the fountain soda dispenser maybe that will become my new favorite place to go eat because I've got Pepsi cola wow. Anyways I'm kind of off the beaten path here aren't I? Hahaha

0 stars!! It was awful and disappointing. My rice was burnt and my orange chicken was cold but when it comes down to the price, it's all the same whether fresh food that you should be serving all the time than trash u served some days!!

Third time I've asked for beef and broccoli and been given nothing but broccoli. Last time I actually drove back & asked for it to be remade, they were apologetic. The sesame chicken was better but by no means worth the price, I had a couple of pieces of chicken on top and the rest was yellow bell pepper on the bottom. Nobody has time to come back and complain for the restaurants repeated errors, I won't be back.

It ain't as good as it used to be, plus they gave me small portions of food when they got expensive, I got one bowl and a plate and came out to 22 dollars..

They made a tiny little mistake on my order so I called to complain. They redeemed themselves and some. Manager I went in person to talk to was calm and professional. Love this place always one of my top options.

20 minutes to make chow mein? I thought this was fast food? My mistake.Also, really irritating to stand and wait for service indoors and watch while no less than 2 cars arrive, go through drive through, get their food and drive off before anyone even acknowledges I'm waiting to place my order. Their service is slower than their cooking. I left bc obviously they are incapable of even the bare minimum.Just go to a regular Chinese restaurant bc this place is garbage and is inconsistent with any other panda I've been to before.

i just wanna say, ever since we moved to this area 3 years ago, we visit this place about twice a week if not more. everytime we come in here this guy Derek with the glasses always ruins the vibe. he never greets anyone. everytime he helps someone he has a "you're bothering me" attitude. usually i ignore it because i wont let some rude employee ruin my day. but today they claimed to be understaffed. as the guy gathering our order goes to bag our plates, Derek tells him that he took a plate from his order in an ugly tone, so the guy hands him the plate and Derek gives him the plate he thinks belongs to us. IT DID NOT! it was not our plate of food. so this arrogant employee who cant function properly and made a mistake, ruined my husbands plate. so today after three years of just putting up with this place, i decided to finally leave a review because there is some serious coaching opportunities to take advantage of here. DO BETTER DEREK! ?
