Everything was fine until I arrived home and the other half of my order was not in the bag. I ordered a children's orange chicken and rice meal. Only received the rice. Drove all the way back only to have an attitude by "santee". As I told him my order was incomplete. He cut me off, went to get the order and replace it. #1 I don't appreciate being cut off mid-sentence. And #2 for me having to drive all the way back from my house to the location, I deserve to at least had an upgrade in my meal to a bowl. So tired of inconsiderate and unprofessional customer service.

I love Panda food, but today. We waited over 30 minutes to get food and the wrong one at that!Didn’t want to wait in drive through so we went in.After, waiting for 15 minutes, I was told it be another 10 minutes for the teriyaki chicken. I told them ok, I'll wait and paid for 2 plates. After 10 minutes I was like what’s going on with my meal. The chow main had already been served and was still waiting on the counter getting cold, waiting to complete the order.I go up to the counter and they said oh sorry we’re out of the chicken again. They had been serving it to the people coming in/arriving after me.They refused to give me my refund, management refused to step out of the office and was only left to select other entrees I did not care for.Multiple people & I were very disappointed at the service, we were experiencing. I won’t be coming here again. This was my last visit to this location.Thanks for the stress and incompetence of the management/ crew working this night.
I literally waited 30 minutes in the front of the store after I was told it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait for teriyaki chicken. Employees were just standing around chatting. Calling their number didn't do anything and it took me literally going back through the drive through to get my food. Apparently in the 1 min it took me to drive back through the drive through, they were suddenly "looking for me". This place is dirty and has bad customer service. Please avoid if you can.

The lady in the drive through Sunday November 19 at 6:00pm was very rude. She was cutting off my mom while she was decided what she had wanted and wasn’t very nice when she was saying what she wanted. At the window aswell she was continuing the disrespect, rolling her eyes , etc.

I had a good experience at this location.Was asked to hold when I first approached the order box(drive thru), waited a few minutes which I understand they were probably busy. The food was hot and seemed fresh.They got a satisfied customer right here!
