This place really flip flops sometimes it's great other times the food is more oily and burnt. They can be forgetful or just not paying attention to what they are doing because who forgets to put sweet and sour sauce with the crab rangoons???
I placed my order online. The staff was very friendly and polite, doing what they could. The place is dirty outside and inside it looks dirty, neglected and old. I understand that it's not the employees. They do what they can with what they have. The same thing happens at Taco Palenque, taco cabana, wathaburger, and most restaurants, very dirty and full of grease, car oil, etc. It's a call to the managers and owners. the food from here was so good and i stopped going to panda cus it was lacking. they were so nice even while being short staffed. please remember to be kind to fast food workers, especially when you go to a place thats actually putting out great quality while being understaffed.
