I had sent my father to go get teriyaki chicken and they said they were out. He was even willing to wait for it, but they said the grill is broken.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The workers at this location are incredibly racist. Made us wait 20+ minutes for our food after telling us 7 min. Ended up having to go inside to remind them about our order since they never made it. They were RUDE as soon as they saw a black man walk in asking about our order status. We asked for a full refund (aprox $22) and the manager only would give us $15 until a bigger deal was made. Don’t waste your money or time going here.

The employees of that specific panda made me wait a long time for the food when it had already been ordered through the app, on top of that they made me go around the drive-thru twice because a meat that had been ordered was not ready, I think it is not fair if the order has already been paid for through the app and the customer goes to pick it up and they can provide a high-quality service and well, because the company pays them a check, they do not work for free, so why give mediocre service to the customer, those things can be improved but with employees who are truly willing to work in all aspects and if it were not for the customer, the employees would not get paid and the company could not maintain the place well, I hope they can improve and instead of gaining customers they will lose with those small details and I know they can improve.

The food once we got it was good, like every other time we have gone to a Panda. However it was pretty busy & they were waiting on items to be cooked. Not sure how a restaurant runs out of main ingredients & it is not closing time. We had to wait for vegetables along with a couple of people before us & then had to wait on the walnut shrimp...then still got charged the extra for the shrimp. Ok no biggie on that 🙃
