Hair in the rice… ordered a bigger plate and one entree was their pepper steak. Come to find out they didn’t have enough to make a complete portion so they filled the bottom of the box with orange chicken tidbits….

I had a mix-up with my order (they did not give me an entree), but Panda Express made it right by replacing the meal the next time I came in—no hassle at all. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. The staff has always been polite, and I feel the portion sizes are fair for the price. Overall, a solid spot.

I think the owner should hire a different manager for this location. Cause I see many other bad reviews .Anyway I ordered online pickup half n half fried rice noodles + kungpao chicken + grill teriyaki chicken. I picked up with very traffic hour, then go back to work open up there is no kungpao chicken it's missing. Make me upset because very traffic to come back .I talk to manager and He was like nothing happened..I mean this is unacceptable

Extremely bad service Just went in and I was absolutely ignored After ordering they made me wait for noodles which I completely understand, but when they finally came out they guy behind me got his order first when I was there way longer than him

We ordered delivery through the Panda Express app and I suddenly get an email that our order has been canceled and to call the location. When I called they stated the order was cancelled by the door dasher. Not sure why when we didn’t order through for dad but through their app. All she could say was “well, not sure why the cancelled the order, but we did our part on this end.” Of course you did! I ordered, paid and didn’t get my order and now your telling me I should receive a refund within 3-5 days, should I also wait 3-5 days to eat😡 that’s what I get for ordering from chain restaurants that focus on $ instead of customer satisfaction.
