I pulled to the restaurant @10:30 pm tonight to buy to go dinner, there were about 7 employees just waiting for 11:00pm to close and go home while they have already closed the door before 10:30 pm.
The establishment's operating hours indicate a closing time of 22:30. However, upon my arrival at 20:50, I observed that a significant portion of the establishment's offerings were already closed. Furthermore, the remaining options appeared to be overcooked. I inquired with an employee who was stacking chairs, whether it was customary for the establishment to commence its closing procedures an hour and a half prior to the advertised closing time. The employee confirmed that this was indeed the case. By saying yep....

I was having a terrible day today, I experienced a loss and it has been a very terrible day, I usually get panda express because its amongst my favorite foods to try and be a little better i guess… told staff about my bad day and i almost fell in tears when i got home and saw this written on the back of a receipt/ paper . I most certainly appreciate this. thank you all, from a horrible day I went to having at least one good memory…. Thank you to the staff, this was above and beyond and did not expect it… Thank you

The people are great the food is great but they fill so many online orders that when you try to pick up or eat there they run out of some dishes and you sit waiting for an extra 12 to 15 minutes more….

I ordered 2 bowls both with steamed rice. One with beef and broccoli and a orange chicken. When we got home Friday night I thought I wasn’t going to cook but when we opened our bowls, we realized we paid $17.00 for steamed rice because there was no food to enjoy! Very disappointed!

Great place never any problems, im curious though as why yall have never served crab :( I love crab.
I got an a la carte orange chicken, and an a la carte Beijing beef. Both were horrible. There wasn’t a piece in either one that could could be called bite sized, and the small pieces were chewy like jerky. It made me wonder if there was any meat at all or just over fried breading with sauce.
