Came here to get good to go after we spent all day at the hospital due to a friend having an accident.
Have not been to Panda Express in over 10 years but every time I went to one anywhere in the country I thought it was always pretty good until today!!!!
Ordered the food when I arrived and they were going to make a fresh batch of a certain dish. They pulled everything and put in styrofoam and I waited about 30 minutes and during that time I questioned if the food was staying hot and was assured it was. Once it was all done I asked this young girl about whether or not if it was hot and she said yes and she proceeded to show me the fresh dish they just made and you could see the steam but I asked about the beef and broccoli and she showed it me and I put my hand over it and it was not hot. So I asked her to have it remade and again told me it was hot and she rolled her eyes at me! Wrong thing to do! I blew a gasket!
I am a paying customer and I am feed up with poor customer service! Young people need to be taught about customer service!
I got Mr refund and then called customer service and filed a complaint. I am done done with this…I will pay a visit to the GM…
I will never go back except to deal with the GM!

Each and every employee here at the Stone Ridge Market location are super kind. They always have a great attitude and a warm welcome. The food is delish and the perfect temp.
Our favs are: black pepper chicken, orange chicken, and of course, fresh egg rolls. (which they will happily make upon request).

There portions have gotten tiny at this location. They will scoop and then dump food out of the scoop to purposely make the portion smaller. They never used to do this… oh well gave them another chance and they failed.. wont be giving them a third chance.

Food is okay but they are scheduled to close at 10:30pm at 930pm they cleaning with almost no food left to sell had to 20 mins for them to cook more grilled chicken at 930pm

I take food safety very seriously. Undercooked chicken is a hazard. My fiancée stopped eating once he noticed but I worry a child would not think twice. Mistakes happen but we won't be returning

I don't usually have any problems when I go to this location. Occasionally service is a little slower than expected for being low volume. Other than that, they do a good job getting your order taken and out to you quickly.
