This is what I got for 10$ 1 side 2 entrées 1 small scoop of rice as a entrée small scoop of beef broc and as you can see a few pieces of beef with broc. My side of noodles was a little bigger portion so to me it's a rip off. My first and last time here

Manager was incredibly rude & dismissive. I was trying to explain that their website would not allow me to take advantage of one of their “offers”. He said he would not do anything because I needed to order the special offer online & at the same time I ordered my meal. I tried again to explain that was exactly what I attempted to do but that the website kept giving me an error. He just walked away & started playing on his computer without even attempting to help. There are plenty of other fast food Chinese restaurants. I strongly suggest avoiding this one as even the food was mediocre compared to other locations & the service was atrocious.

Slowest service ever!I placed an online order at 6:10pm, email said it would be ready by 6:30pm. I expect the order to be ready for pickup at that said time with a 5-10min leeway if needed. NOT having to wait a FULL 30mins for the order. I left and contacted customer service for a refund.

Maybe 3 or 4 months i’m not go here. I miss they food and i miss the people there. They always nice and the food is have a good taste is delicious. My favorite food is Fried rice or Chow Mein, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Broccoli Beef, and Chicken Mushroom. I always respect and appreciate them with more tips. Thank you so much!! ????? ??

Out of all the panda expresses we have been to in san antonio. This is by way far the worst. Not just this recent visit either. We have had issues all 4 last visits here. So we are officially done with this place. Supergreens were so messed up and we waited 13-15 min for them. They were not cooked in oil. We swear something else because we both were spitting it out immediately. Something was way off.

I honestly didn’t like going to this location before today but after today I’d rather just go to the one on Bulverde. It’s only 10 mins away from this one. My dudes orange chicken is soggy every time we go to this location. I order the broccoli beef entree and the box is usually filled with mostly juice. And Angela is very rude. I walked in and asked for my order and this rude woman said “can I see the order” so I showed her my phone and then she said “where’s the name” even tho the order number was right there. So I had to figure out how to find my name in this app because their employees don’t know how to work the app and to be honest I felt sort of offended because if they usually did this her remedial self would have been able to direct me to the right spot in the app to show my name. Not only that but I had to ask her to see her name tag because she had it hidden under her jacket. Regardless if I hadn’t been able to find the name in the app what was she going to do? Not give me the food I paid for? lol. Please sit tf down Angela no one is paying attention to you.
