Rice was not fully cooked. The string bean chicken breast was missing the chicken breast.
Ordered Orange Chicken through the drive through, service was pretty slow and chicken tasted off like they added too much vinegar. Was nearly inedible

The truth is, the food is allowed to eat, but it is from those places that you would visit again, because you will remember that it is not special.... Asian flavorless food simple rice... very bad experience

The employees don't serve you, you ask for sauces and they give you 1 or 2, how do they charge them? They take too long and everything comes out cold.š¤®

Had the 2 entree plate with spicy orange chicken and pepper steak. It was really good. Employees are friendly and attentive. The restaurant was super clean. Look forward to going back.

That orange chicken is amazing
Ms. Rachel made my experience far better than what I thought. Instead of sticking to the āscriptā and arguing with me she heard me out. Listened to how I ordered my order online as ASAP but received an email saying my order would be ready in almost 3 HOURS. My brother has a terminal disease which comes with many health complications. Today was his communion and he was unable to enjoy the food with the rest of his friends due to unbearable pain (heās getting hip surgery next month). If it wasnāt for Ms. Rachelās professionalism and empathy my little brother and his guests wouldāve stayed waiting 3 hours. Thank you Ms.Rachel for making my brother happy, Panda Express orange chicken is his favorite š«¶

Panda has disappointed me, before the food was worth its price, I went to buy a bowl the price is almost 10.00 dollars but what I received seemed like an offer for children, just a very small amount and cold.I worked for Panda for a while and I know that's not the right amount; they're giving less and less. I prefer a Chinese restaurant that serves more for your money.
Microphone problems at the drive through. Abnormally long Wait at the window.

This place has a horrible new management. I am a regular here and the cashier was having conversations with me. And this girl in the black uniform name May has the nerve to give attitude to tell the girl get back to work. I guess customer service is no longer important in this store. The employees here no longer look happy like what I am used to seeing. No wonder, with a manager who has horrible attitude.

This was my second time going to a Panda Express. First time I didn't like it, but I had a friend who introduced me to the walnut shrimp, and I like it. So definitely will be going back
