I accidentally made the wrong order to the wrong store. I still bought food from the restaurant just at another location. I spoke to a girl named Evelyn and she could not have been nicer! She helped me through the situation got me my refund and helped me through everything. I was so pleased with she handled the situation. Very professional and kind. By far my favorite Panda Express location. Will be grabbing some lunch from this location very soon!

Got the big plate order was wrong..also real messy they put the grilled teriyaki chicken on top of the plate and it spilled a lot of juices in the bag ...at least wrap it with aluminum to eliminate the problem.the fried rice was very dry and bland..so I called and talked to management and she apologized and is gonna take care of me next time with a bowl and appetizer......

They offer online ordering on their app, but they have no process for handling those customers who come in to pick up said orders. We waited over 35 minutes past the time the order was supposed to be ready and had to ask 2 different employees for assistance. Maybe don't offer a service that you aren't prepared to fulfill. We certainly learned our lesson.
