They were extremely busy and handling it like Champs. I believe it was the manager who took care of my order but she was outstanding. I had a huge rice order and communicated it would be 8-10 minutes (which was less) and while I waited offered a drink. Amazing service. Not to mention the food was hot and delicious. Def a 5 Star. Thank you.

The foods good but I ordered a bigger plate and they didn’t give me my third entrée so I technically paid for a bigger plate and just got a plate which is lame my day is ruined and my disappointment is unmeasurable ;(

Best customer service I've ever received?? The register started having trouble accepting card- and they MORE than made up for any "inconvenience" (their word). Teriyaki chicken was burnt and dry, chow mein was slimy and soft. team member Lele was rude and had her finger in her mouth while taking a drive thru order no fortune cookie on my order feel disappointed expected a delicious warm piece of chicken and all i got was rudeness and a sick stomach.

First off James was AMAZING!! From the moment we walked in he greeted us with a big warm smile, he was patient and handled our food with such care and while ringing us up was kind and detailed. James deserves high Kudos!!! The manager on duty saw a waiting customer, walked over to let her know the status of her order, thanked her for her patience and even offered her a drink while she waited. Great staff this shift! 1/24 at 12pm ish ?
