So this location is near where I live. I thought I would give it a chance. When you first walk in you notice the employees scrambling around yet only 2 customers are in line. No greeting, no help, when you finally ask for help they greet you with a nasty look on their face and try to hurry you along. I asked for a sample of an item and the manager looked at me with a stressed look and just said no. She didn’t offer an explanation or anything just said no. I asked why not because that’s a normal thing. She said, sorry and shrugged her shoulders. So I told her never mind on the food and just left. This is where customers service is these days and it’s why businesses are loosing clientele.

Worst experience iv had here ever . I frequent this location today I got an offer for double the reward points for spending $15 or more , I opted to use it as the order taker explained only one reward could be used per visit . I ordered cheese rangoon’s to make the Total above 15$ my normal plate meal with drink is around $13 . When I get the order there I drive up to check it cus there is people behind me and there are no rangoons , I pull around again to the drive thru the cashier states they didn’t charge me for them . I called the manager to see how they could fix it and all they said was well we can’t give you the points all we can do is replace the rangoons with the receipt . The receipt were they didn’t charge me . I don’t care about paying but I wanted my points . Truly disappointed with the entire experience and how it was handled . The drive thru people are always in side conversa with their coworkers and are never paying attention .
