I went through Drive through when I order 3 entries 1 side she says at window they do not have string bean chicken the one I did not get was sesame chicken let's not go there let's get to the Point I ordered medium sweet Tea got unsweetened tea when I got home my entries were cold look we are Paying too much money for bad service cold food and everything wrong is it Panda Express or workers because everything anymore is Pay high Price and get half asked service really I should have given them 1 star

This particular panda restaurant in San Antonio serves the best fried rice in town! Every time I’ve visited, the rice has been incredibly fresh and well-prepared.

So this location is near where I live. I thought I would give it a chance. When you first walk in you notice the employees scrambling around yet only 2 customers are in line. No greeting, no help, when you finally ask for help they greet you with a nasty look on their face and try to hurry you along. I asked for a sample of an item and the manager looked at me with a stressed look and just said no. She didn’t offer an explanation or anything just said no. I asked why not because that’s a normal thing. She said, sorry and shrugged her shoulders. So I told her never mind on the food and just left. This is where customers service is these days and it’s why businesses are loosing clientele.
