I ordered 12 egg rolls and 12 Rangoon for delivery. I received 3 eggs rolls and 6 Rangoons. There is no option on the app to report missing items. Panda stole my dinner. I will not be ordering delivery from here ever again.

The most inefficient drive thru I’ve ever been in. And you’re trapped between the building and a concrete wall so you cannot escape even if it takes an hour. I’m writing this as I sit in this drive thru 25 minutes later.

Extremely slow service. They obviously prioritize drive thru and mobile orders before dine in customers. I could have went through the drive through multiple times for the amount of time I waited for them to scoop rice and chicken into a bowl.

Of course they don't answer the phone. They always forget things! My daughter just went through the drive thru and ordered on the app and requested the sauce too. And we opened the bag and there's no straws, no napkins and no sauce

The food is of HIGH quality, but when it gets busy between the times of 5 to 8, they neglect the people waiting for service inside the restaurant. Moreover, the food that specifically wanted was out, so l had to wait. Eventually, I just told them I'll come back another time.From my perspective, they tend to focus on the drive-ins and telephone orders at this time (It was FRIDAY night.). They never acknowledge me when l was waiting and had to ask them about the food. Basically, My recommendation is to ALWAYS have a server for the people waiting on the customers inside... Overall, the workers were busy bees and l am not unhappy with them based on the situation meaning I will definitely go to this store when they are not busy.
