Waited for over 40 minutes for my order and was not able to leave the drive thru because of the way it is designed so I had to wait the entire time. Service was extremely slow and showed no care. Was asked to pull around with other cars to wait for our orders while the people inside were getting their orders faster and leaving. Worst location.

I had a fantastic experience at the Panda Express drive-through thanks to Andrea! She was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude that it made my day. She took my order accurately, confirmed everything with a smile, and made sure the entire process was fast and smooth. It’s clear that Andrea cares about providing great customer service, even during busy times. Panda Express is lucky to have her—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Drive thru needs work they only do one order at a time. So you're stuck at the order speaker until the car before you gets their order. Very inefficient 😞

Ordered via Doordash and food came out correct, well cooked and of proper portions. Sometimes you dont know what you're going to get when you order to go/ delivery so really appreciated the job well done. The super green veggies weren't oily at all and chicken teriyaki was well portioned. Felt healthy to be frank since not oily or sugary like some other Chinese dishes.

I love Panda, but this is definitely my last time at this location. The last FIVE times I’ve been here, my order has been wrong, but I’ve always chalked it up to it being a lunch rush, and it was only ever something like the wrong type of rice or no sauces included. However, this time (6/19) my order was COMPLETELY wrong. Both plates had the wrong type of rice, wrong meat, wrong sides, and no sauces. There were 4 cars in the parking lot and no one else in the drive thru so I don’t know what would have kept them so busy as to mess up my ENTIRE order. The food is always delicious, but I’m not paying for a surprise meal, I expect my order to be correct. Good luck getting the right order if y’all visit this location.
