The place was empty, the food was warm at best and it was just noon. The teriyaki chicken was dry, no saice. I had to request extra packing unless i would not have eaten at all. So the best part was that the cashier was friendly and welcoming. It was me & my husband first visit to this location after church that day, and if someone asked me if i would go out my way to visit again? I would have to say nope!!

Ryan was a perfect example of what a happy and well mannered employee should be.Great service delicious food and perfect atmosphere. I usually don't bother to rate fast food joints, but I wanted to throw a shout out to these guys. I went by this Panda the other day and was really impressed by an employee named Aliyah (hope I spelled that right). She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, made great suggestions, and helped the ordering process super easy. She was super friendly and behaved like she was happy/excited to work there, and you just don't see enough fast food employees like that. Thank you for an awesome experience!

Wildly inconsistent. Sometimes you get a large portion of hot, fresh food, and sometimes you get half as much warmed-over old stuff. That's why you never want to use the drive through; go inside so you can see what's fresh.They really need to standardize portion sizes rather than relying on the judgment of employees. And the "premium" upcharge policy is stupid. Shrimp used to be expensive--20 years ago. They're not anymore.

Picked up to-go on Friday (1/12/2024) and Saturday afternoon I felt horrible! FOOD POISION :( still not 100% better. Came on here to see if anybody else got sick?
Came in to get lunch and upgraded my bowl whilst the guy will filling up. He claimed he gave me the correct size but actually that was a lie and I paid extra for it. The noodles are very oily and the chilli prawns are not chilly at all! Basic food for higher price, no worth
