Welcome was good. But young man at register was rude. Ordered kids meals didn't get the cookie or apples its suppost to come with. When my daughter asked he made something up. Didn't bother with it. Smh? Ask for an egg roll he didn't put on our plate.??♀️maybe too much red bull I don't know he looked jittery. Do better won't be back.
Let me start by saying I love Panda Express, been here to this new place 3 times today was all good prior to this visit I came there was no customers in the store my walnut shrimp there was one shrimp in the basket told her noddles walnut shrimp and teriyaki chicken , she said for the walnut shrimp it’s gonna take 10-15 minutes I said fine and she yell out walnut shrimp ??♂️I was like u been here all the time and u havnt call it out . So I waited by the time time my shrimp...
The service was beyond slow. They had a young girl in the front who would waste a solid 30 seconds trying to open a bag for food and did the same when trying to use her tongs to open eggroll bags… as a whole line from the door was waiting….She has great attitude but her skills are for a slower part of the day. She’s too timid and made everyone in that kitchen slow down.
