The drive thru is horrendous. Takes forever to get through. It shouldn't take 25 minutes!!! Unfortunately, they corral you through the drive thru and you can't get out.

I was ordering my food, it’s my first time here. My parents requested their usual through text for pickup as they have frequented a Panda Express often in their own town. I noticed one of their picks was out, so I simply pointed, I need the honey shrimp if there’s anymore available. Mel the one restocking the dishes took high offense to my comment and starred me down and slammed her pot down. Then when I tried to order my own she starred me down again. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I didn’t even look at the rest of the choices to order my own meal. My husband ordered for us. Maybe she’s having a bad day or heard me wrong. I was simply unsure if we can still order something that was out of stock. I will not be back.

I was trying to to call to cancel the order to a different location but every time I call they would hang up up I did email Panda Express with the recording video of every-time I tried to cancel now is to late to get food and my family and me have nothing to eat please next time answer your calls you might not know why they are calling bad experience and I travel a lot specially to San Antonio I make sure I never stop here to get food thank you I give them 0000000000 Stars

They are slow, wasn’t even lunch time and the line was wrapped around the building. The portions were smaller than other locations and the orange chicken was cold. The person who took our order was kind. Probably won’t be back to this location.
Trash service. Waited 20 mins in line to be told to wait another 10 for chicken and rice. “Be with you in just a minute” yea right never coming back here again. GARBAGE SERVICE
