If the employees would take a little moment to confirm order…less mistakes would be made. It isn’t the first time but I’m tired of the lack of good customer service…I’ll take my business elsewhere instead. I am aware that they are strict on time and delivery of food, but I constantly have to ask for my plates to be made correctly the way I asked…I’m either missing an appetizer or the wrong rice is served with a particular plate. I go thru the drive thru for convenience…silverware is missing…no confirmation of order or even a thank you! I see the mistakes after I am charged. I will no longer visit this location. There is no genuine customer service…almost throw the food out the drive thru window. Do better panda!

Always a safe go to when we’re in a hurry. The beef & broccoli is thee best or the orange chicken however there’s not a lot of chicken in the orange chicken. Lol.
I was actually disappointed in the overall atmosphere and poor customer service I understand a person having a bad Day but the crew....no not ok and being almost 9pm the food was not cooked thoroughly it was not the best experience at all.

I dined in this afternoon with my son an over 30 dollas of food. On my way out, I was going to get a refill on my fountain drink. There was no ice. I asked a skinny young man that was wandering behind the counter doing nothing, I asked for some ice, he just pointed at mother employee ( (girl) and said ask her. Then the skinny boy went over, served himself food and sat down to rat. He couldn't get me I e first? The girl came up to the counter and I asked for ice. At that moment ANOTHER customer came up, and she said Abruptly , WAIT, I AM GOING TO Wait ON THAT OTHER Customer FIRST. Now u tell me, how long does it take to get a cup of ice from behind the counter, as opposed to me having to wait for her to complete another customer order when I had asked first? I turned around and threw both of our cups in trash and walked out. I was going to call PANDA CORP.but there was no number on door. I went back in asked for the manager and politely complained. And he said u only wanted ice? YES, AFTER I DINED THERE AND WAS GOING TO GET A REFILL Only ICE for a refill, I guess is not high priority after I have paid and eaten there. All he said was. IM SORRY. didn't even offer me ice. I told him he needs to give his entire store customer service training. It's not polite to ignore or make little of a from ANYONE. Especially after th take MY MONEY. I was a regular customer, from now on I will have 2md thoughts about dining there. So if u don't want to lose more good customers, I advice u to retrain everyone, in uding management.
