I had got there at the time the app said my order would be ready. I let the front girl know. I waited 20 minutes after just to get cold teriyaki. They were really busy I just don’t know why they wouldn’t update their times.i saw the teriyaki sitting there for like 10 minutes.

Great food, always nice and fresh because they do so much business. The orange chicken has a little tangy acidity to it, very delicious. Beijing beef has a great crispy/chewy texture. Nice service, though they did overcharge me once. If you get the 2-entree plate make sure they dont charge you for three

Restrooms where horrible and to top it off gave me wrong order so I’m stuck eating someone else’s order
They are disorganized and they wanted me to pay for the order before the order was completed. Some one needs to manage the place better....April showed excellent skills in stepping up and pretty much saving the evening experience. Perhaps a promotion is due

Came at 9 they didn't have any food really and I asked them if they could make teriyaki and they said that they close at 10:00 and that they're not going to make any more food. Very disappointing

It's a chain, and the staff was fast and friendly. Food was good. The place was super busy so I was a bit uncomfortable but the staff did a good job of getting us in and out quickly.

The was freshly made, and the green bean chicken boy it was the best I every had at "panda expresses" Restaurants. Fresh green beans cooked just right tender not over cook. And before we left the line was out the door.Parking: Boy do they need extra parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibill outside on sidewalk. But no wheelchair accessib. at front door.
