Thank you so much overall at the end for Panda Express at Blanco and 410 to the manager and the lady that service for my food! This could have been lower than five stars overall but I do end up giving them the five stars because of their patience and respect and giving me what is deserved for my time and inconvenience between doordash and Panda Express on my previous online delivery order!
I had a terrible experience at first, due to order being exchanged or given to the doordasher incorrectly on discussing with doordash and discussing with management of panda express. They were patient they listen to discuss the situation and unfortunate events although it came out well deserved and appreciated that my food was refunded and remade thank you very much! Not all circumstances will come out with its outcome is not guaranteed but for my situation it's what is expected and thank you again!!!

hey! i got food poisoning from here today while going on a trip to SA for the first time w my spouse , really sad because i could tell the beef i got was undercooked but i still ate it bc we didnt have that much money to buy something else & cuz it tasted good but i ended up throwing it all up until i couldn’t throw up anymore 🙃 pls do not come here unless u want 2 min cooked food and food poisoning (also i just saw a review from 6 months ago around the time i wrote this review saying they also got food poisoning!) 😬

My chicken was not cooked all the way. It was still pink in some parts of the pieces I would bite into. I gave the manager a heads up and she looked at me as if I was wrong lol. I wasn’t rude about it I was just letting her know because I know other people would’ve been complaining.

They give you what you didnt ordered and then you complaint, the "manager on duty" doesnt have manners and is rude. They should trained them for excellent customer service. Not ghetto "managers" I guess they dont want business. To have 2 stars only.

One of the managers “Ari” was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! We asked her for a Togo plate then she threw/slapped the food back and aggressively grabbed the Togo plate and disregarded what we said all together. And on top of that the fountain drinks were all flat! Overall Ari made this experience horrible!
