I am very disappointed with the service I received at this Panda Express location. The employee named Roxanie was rude, gave me hostile looks, and had a very sarcastic smile throughout the interaction. It made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer.
I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but that does not justify poor attitude or unprofessional behavior. If someone cannot handle working under pressure, customer service may not be the right place for them.
This experience was far from what I expect from Panda Express, and I hope management takes this situation seriously.

Really nice experience at this restaurant! I was really hungry when I arrived and the manager, cashier, and cook were all taking care of things in unison with a fun and friendly vibe too! You don’t get that a lot now a days and I appreciate that, along with the super tasty food and clean restaurant! Will definitely make this my go to panda! Thanks panda team!

I love Panda Express. I've been eating it for over 5 years. But my surprise was on this location. Naomi took care of me with a top notch service, IMPECCABLE. I don't usually post reviews but she I think she totally deserves it. She made sure the food was fresh, excellent portions, super kind and did the packages exactly the way I wanted them. I don't know if she's a manager there but if she's not I don't know what you guys are waiting for. She's totally outstanding and deserves a position like this. Dinner was good and service even better! Thanks Panda Express!

The 2 in charge this evening were the best! Patients with me, I blamed them for my error/was upset. After holding myself accountable & apologizing, they solved the problem & the food was excellent/fresh w lightning fast service!🤩🙏
