Tried to get some food around 10:15 pm but the door was locked and the hours on the door said they close at 10:30 as well as Google. They looked directly at me and went about their business. Why say your open till a certain time but lock the doors well beforehand?

Unwilling to put one morsel of a new flavor in an order to determine if I may want to order it on the next visit. Only asked for one small piece to be added to my order of a different flavor to just taste it. And unlike most restaurants, if you have a problem with the food, they will remake it or give you something different but this restaurant is unwilling to swap it out or refund you. Very poor customer service, especially for someone that is not used to eating at your establishment.

Today was a very unpleasant day at your restaurant. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and went with my family to eat there, but Amanda's service was terrible. Terrible. She put leftovers on the order and didn't include the full order. I hope they improve their service and refund my money for the food I returned because I didn't want to receive their mediocre dish, poorly served, and with a bad attitude.

Seems kinda shameful that a place still continues to get a few customers a bowl which is a side and a entree 8.50 and they gave me 6 small peices of chicken and rice. If you have a Chinese restaurant near which I'm sure they are plenty go there and get more bang for your buck.

Quick and convenient even during the rush, just wish they would pay more attention when talking to them. They’re in a rush even when not busy and you can tell. Tried asking for egg rolls and since I said “um” first they just closed the box and sent it to the next person.

The food is good and delicious but never, never, never buy a Giftcard because is the worst giftcard I have used it before, doesn't work on store, the cashier rolls her eyes when I tried to use it, and even I had problems to use it at the panda app, It seems is not quite integrated with the app, was a horrible an anoying because not for free, I am waiting for a refund. Its a shame because I am mad with all the Panda team and I try not go for a while.

Hire employees that actually pay attention, including your manager. Not this place. Ruin entire order purposely/knowingly. Then management has an attitude. I’ll make you plates for next time. No offer for tonight, when an entire family’s dinner is ruined due to laziness.

I'm a door dasher and they were so rude. Mean almost. I was nothing but kind to them. The female staff and female manager allowed an order to be stolen and then didn't want to help figure it out.how they spoke to me was just ugly. It costed time and money and I'm sure the customer was not happy.

The person who took our order seemed rushed and impatient, pushing us to decide quickly without giving us time to look at the menu. It felt very uncomfortable and made the whole experience unpleasant. We didn’t feel welcome at all. Definitely not the kind of service you expect when you go out to eat.
