Ran out of noodles waited 30 min on dam noodles so slow the service management no good how do you run out of noodles 11:50 4/4/2024 thats like the main dish never come to this one again Roxanne or Ramiro needs to address this people go here for lunch and don't need to wait 30min long should be in in and out I got my plate and it was just thrown together like whatever no customer satisfaction

I think it’s the location because every time I order something to go, the food quality it always poor in some way. This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten something delivered and they gave me the scraps of the lo mein. Cold pieces with a whole lot of cabbage. Dine in, take out or delivery are all paying customers, but just be careful to order take out or delivery, you have to check your food. Disappointed.

If it weren’t for Dan working the cashier this entire place would crumble as if god were to squish a fortune cookie in his own hands. I watched him do the job of 6 men all on his own, it was like watching a phoenix screech over a dense battlefield, handling a packed Panda Express with ease, not even a drop of sweat, Karen’s screaming and a line out the door, and Dan didn’t miss a beat. It was like watching art in motion and Dan was the artist.

Busy. Line inched it's way through. Had to wait on food and it wasn't even warm. Rude service because we weren't informed of ice machine down so I wanted to get a refund on the drinks and one of the girls wasn't happy about it. Extremely rude service. Had to get back in line several times to get everything we needed like forks and napkins. Nothing was stocked. Slow and rude service. Small portions. Rice was bland. Small pieces of chicken with not much meat. Cold food even though we had to wait for more to be made. Long wait. Bad service. Not worth it.

This Panda used to be great, now they are rude, unfriendly, bad service and have become very chincy on portion size. I ordered a large orange chicken, it was only filler 3/4, asked manager to top it off correctly and only got rude excuses with bad attitude.What's worse is that the chicken is rubbery and too much fat now. In thier endeavors yo give you less and be chincy it looks like they switch to low quality chicken. I come here almost everyday, it's always good, now it's bad on several levels. At least the dining area was clean.

This is the best location! I go out of my way to come here. Jayden has the best customer service skills, he always has a big smile and a friendly attitude.Portion sizes are great, food is always fresh.
Unprofessional staff. Went up to order my meal and Waited for Beijing beef to be made, they said it was going to be 10 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting I go up to them and saw the Beijing beef already on the counter and they never called me. (Though I had already paid for it)

Dined at this Panda Express and was served by a young man named Jaden at the register He was an amazing server with such a joy in his mannerisms and a smile that never stopped. The place was very busy and a line that didn’t seem to end but that didn’t stop Jaden from smiling and serving people with joy.
