The slowest of the slow pandas I ever been to it’s scary at this point

This was the most disorganized cluster of a restaurant I’ve ever seen. The two guys in back cooking weren’t listening to what was being asked for so everything was running out. The bigger lady that was serving the counter was in the way of the drive through guy and the lady doing on line orders. The on line order lady was taking everything while the drive through guy and counter lady kept making their customers wait for more food the be cooked but wasn’t because again the guys in back weren’t listening. The manager looked lost. After waiting a good 10 minutes I finally ordered but everything required a wait. And then the one item I order that was done got finished up as I was watching the other items sitting behind the staff to pick up. Then I got the “it will be about five more minutes.” Nope, refund in hand and left empty handed with 20 minutes less of my day then before I walked in. Absolutely horrible customer service. Complete the paid orders first and don’t make customers that have paid wait longer then those just walking in.

The beef broccoli had one small piece of beef and was cold. The mushroom chicken was the same way. They were supposed to do half rice and half noodles but only got noodles. As much as they get paid you would think they would do a little better.

Just left and it was so packed and workers are hustling and trying to make it all happen especially Paola while customers are getting frustrated while waiting for entres to be ready she still kept a positive attitude. Good job girl (I made sure to see her name tag before I left)
I visited this location and my order was made incorrect... When I asked for it to be corrected the manager decided to tell me about how correcting my order affects her cost for the restaurant. That is not something you say to the customer... Everybody in the world is not just trying to get a free meal ... I would never visit this location as long as she still works here .... Not to mention I visited this location twice in one day and both visits were a disappointment... My beef and broccoli was only broccoli... Cost ???🤣🤣 What about my hard earned money I chose to come spend at your place of business instead of another place. And I only give one star for management... The team under her were great ❤️

Was Completely Appalled to have ordered a bowl with pepper steak and fried rice the bowl is 850 the pepper steak is upcharged 1.50 cents there were 3 small pieces of meat it was all mushrooms onions carrots and Broccoli. With the prices of eating out these days I understand the concept of up charging but if your going to charge more for something make sure you add some of what your up charging for. Called the restaurant they don't care you get what you pay for.well I for one will spend my money elsewhere

I order food for my 9 yrs old that don’t any hot/spicy food at all, he ask for orange chicken , I ask is this spicy the manager said no, my son just tasted and for him was very spicy, not everyone have same chile tolerance, he couldn’t eat it at I asked for a replacement it change throw it away or something but he wanted to charge me for the food even when I ask if it was not spicy he said it’s not as spicy the manager(Vic) I say for adult it might not be spicy for kids it can be different. I’m very disappointed because I didn’t get the food that I asked for my son and they didn’t wanna fix it and on top of that they bring me the packages of sauce to show me what they believe was not spicy I’m very disappointed not ever coming back to this location.

Just left Panda and I am so disappointed. This was my favorite Panda Express store but the service was awful. The person in the drive thru window had no customer service skills and was not nice. I get it, we all have bad days and it’s understandable. But the food was not good either. I will be looking for another Panda restaurant.

This place downright sucks. Their staff consistently rude, impatient, and seemingly whisper into the speaker that's been clearly damaged for at least a year, so I always havta go up to the window and give my order there. Then, to their dismay, honestly never fails, they'll rush you thru your order impatiently without repeating it. They've messed our order up at least 7 outta the last 10 visits. And that is NOT the worst part...the place is constantly out of meat! Like for real, not joking. Anytime between 630p til closing, they may or may not have meat. We even tried finally ordering thru the cumbersome app thinking surely it wouldn't let us order something out of stock but no...you just end up getting there and they've either replaced your item with something of their choosing or simply removed it from your order all together. Is quite frankly my least favorite fast food restaurant in the city. I truly wish my significant other didn't like this place so much cuz for the price, hassle and inconveniences, I can't seem to understand his repeat orders despite my disdain for the entire experience EVERY TIME I come here. Maybe they should do better in their new hire trainings as well because Inglhave never even seen the same employees again, yet they all behave similarly ambivalent and uninterested in their actual job with sub-par customer service skills.
