Granted it was close to closing time, they had none if the basics such as rice. "Jack" the team lead sneezed in his hands, wiped it on his work shirt and did not wash his hands. He attempted to serve me food until I asked him to wash his hands in which he had a blank stare then walked behind a wall came back rubbing his hands as if he washed them. NASTY & LAZY!! He can't even do the most basic hand hygiene practices when serving food. 🤮

The food and service was excellent. However, I went into the woman's restroom and they don't have a handle to get out. It was frightening since it's loud in the restaurant and no one can hear the knocking. I knocked but no assistance. I finally pulled and pulled on the small piece of metal and was able to grab the door before it shut again. I informed the employees and they said managers are aware. The employees said they got stuck. An elderly person could not open the door if I struggled.
This is a fire hazard and if someone needed to get out, they would be stuck. Unacceptable!

Food is okay, but it is getting irritating how often they forget stuff. I go at least 3times a month and it never fails to always forget side orders, rice, chow mein etc. ridiculous

It takes longer for you order to be ready if you order online. Apparently you also need to remind them several times to make sure they make your order. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

This Panda Express never has Chicken Teriyaki ready... I was in the drive thru... Had to park in the front for my order... And then after 10 mins... I finally got my order... I asked the girl can you ask your Manager for a free fountain drink for the wait she said "We don't do that" * No Customer service * Thanks Mannur T. And you forgot My Teriyaki Sauce... I Won't be going back to this Location!!!!
I arrived an hour before closing and they said they only had 2 different options I’m very disappointed

Our overall experience was wonderful, our food fell, due to an accident, and they were very nice about it, and replaced our whole order with no hesitation. Tyler and Andrew were extremely amazing, kind, courteous. Thank you Tyler and Andrew for being very patient with us. This is what customer service is all about.

Honestly I loved the overall way Tyler and Andrew handled our issue we got home the bags ripped and all our food spilled on the floor and with no questions they replaced our entire order with no problem and packaged it very well. That is what customer service is all about. Great employees there should be more like them two!!! Beyond happy with the service. Thank you to Tyler and Andrew?

I've tried reaching them multiple times today to confirm what time they close but nobody ever answers the phone. I've gone there times when it says they close at 10:30 but they've closed at 9:00.

Lost all this because it was raw. Tried to call but nobody would answer the phone. I don’t have time to go back so I’m just out of luck.
Manager was VERY unprofessional. Never been served such small portions before . There’s literally only 3 pieces of meat and 5 broccoli. Management on 10/06/2024 was VERY rude.

So it’s 355 and my food is wrong I ordered a plate and somehow ended up with the wrong food. The little cup for the bigger plate wasted in the bottom of the bag from juice I ordered I’m pissed there no receipt in the bag for the phone number and the number I do have doesn’t work I will be coming back up there for my actual food because this is un edible for me they guy who served me did wonderful but the girl who checked me out just did whatever and pressed whatever and now I’m at work with the wrong food this is ridiculous it’s all spicy

When I walked in the young lady at the front counter was being berated by an older lady . The customer was complaining that the portion of food size was not equal to the amount that it cost which of course is no fault of the employee she was just doing her job. The older lady ended up leaving and the employee held her composure and was polite the entire time. She greeted me and explained the menu as I hardly order from Panda Express but my son wanted it. She was so kind and super sweet. I complimented her on how nice she was . After my meal I checked my receipt and her name is Stephanie . Customers are not always right despite what they may think. I commend Stephanie. Job well done

If I could give zero stars, I would this location always forgets to teriyaki sauce with my teriyaki chicken. I don’t understand how and when I called to complain they keep hanging the phone up on me very mature.
